Cottage with swimming pool - Lampertice - Krkonoše Mountains. Cottage with above-ground swimming pool and sauna is located in the village of Lampertice, near the towns of Trutnov and Pec pod Sněžkou. It is located in a semi-secluded area in the beautiful countryside of the Krkonoše Mountains. It has two residential units. One is rented, the other is for the owner's recreational use. However, each unit is completely independent and separate without restrictions. The cottage has three floors and offers accommodation for 16 people in 6 bedrooms (4 double bedrooms and 2 four-bed bedrooms in the attic). On the ground floor there is an entrance porch, a hallway, a spacious living room with three sofas, a fireplace and a TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining room (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes and all cooking utensils). There is also a sauna and a toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs there are 4 equipped double bedrooms, two toilets and two bathrooms. One with a whirlpool bath and the other with a shower. In the attic you will find 2 four-bed bedrooms. There is a cot, sauna, washing machine and Wi-Fi connection. The entire building is heated by an automatic gas boiler, you can light a fire in the fireplace in the living room and temper the temperature throughout the building, or just for comfort. Of course there is an electric large-volume boiler with hot water. Parking is possible directly at the building for 6 cars. The cottage has a large garden, ideal for a family holiday with children. There is an above-ground pool, a children's playground with a slide and swings and a large terrace with a barbecue and seating. In the vicinity of the cottage you can go hiking, cycling, mushroom picking and skiing. Trip tips: Žacléř city museum, Stachelberg artillery fortress, Albeřické quarries, Břecštejn castle ruins, Blue stones, Fairytale trail. Swimming options: Jánské Lázně aqua center, Bukówka lake, Petříkovice swimming pool, Retro park Sejfy swimming pool, Trutnov swimming pool and swimming pool, Dolce pond, Malé Svatoňovice swimming pool. In winter, you can ski in the nearby ski areas: Žacléř - Prkenný Důl, Petříkovice, Mladé Buky, Janské Lázně. We look forward to seeing you there.
