The capacity of the building is for up to 24 people in 8 bedrooms. There are 3 four-bed bedrooms, 2 three-bed bedrooms and 3 double bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with their own bathroom (bathroom with toilet). A cot is available for rent. For social moments, there is a spacious common room with a beautiful fireplace, dining area, TV with SAT and a bar with the possibility of a tap. The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, kettle, kettle, dishwasher, hob, oven and everything needed for cooking and dining). There is a washing machine. In winter, a small Finnish sauna and whirlpool will serve for relaxation. Sports lovers will appreciate the gym with equipment - TRX, punching bag, balls, mats and table tennis is also available for relaxation. There are also goals with hockey sticks for the little ones. At the same time, you will find a projector and a projection screen. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. The building is heated by a central boiler room. A grassy garden extends around the cottage. You can sit on the outdoor terrace with a gas grill. In the summer months, you will enjoy a spacious outdoor pool with a roof. For children, there is a large trampoline, swing or jungle gym with a slide. In the winter months, they can use the play area in the common room. Parking is available directly at the building. In the vicinity of the building, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing. There are also many other activities available in the immediate vicinity - wellness, fitness, tennis, golf, squash, paragliding, horse riding, petanque, snow tubing and bobsleigh tracks. Swimming options include: Aquacentrum Vrchlabí, Vejsplachy Pond, Valteřice Swimming Pool, Labská Dam, Aquapark Špindlerův Mlýn, etc. There are nearby ski resorts: Dolní Dvůr - Luisino údolí, Strážné, Ski Family - Dolní Dvůr, Herlíkovice - Bubákov and others. For trips in the area, the Žalý Lookout Tower, Sněžka - the highest mountain in the Czech Republic, the Elbe spring, Špindlerův Dam - fishing, boat rental and extreme sports, as well as the Krkonoše Treetop Trail or the Krkonoše Museum in Vrchlabí and Jilemnice.
