This secluded cottage, featuring a sauna and swimming pool, is situated near the forest edge on the border of the Krkonoše National Park, close to Luisino Údolí and the Hořejší Vrchlabí area. The cottage accommodates up to 12 guests. There are four double bedrooms (with double beds), two of which offer the option of an extra bed; two additional extra beds can be set up in the common areas. Bed linen and towels are provided. The ground floor features a cozy common room dominated by a traditional tiled stove. Amenities include a large dining table for 12, satellite TV, a DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, fridge-freezer, spacious work area, and espresso machine for whole beans). Upstairs, there is a children's playroom with a convertible sofa bed. Bathroom facilities include three bathrooms and two toilets; two bathrooms have showers, and one has a bathtub. An infrared sauna is integrated into one of the bathrooms. Heating is provided by underfloor heating and the tiled stove. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property. Outdoors, guests can relax on the covered terrace or use the large fire pit with a grill. An outdoor pool offers refreshment during the summer months. The cottage is part of a working farm raising sheep and horses, so in addition to beautiful views of the surrounding nature, guests can enjoy interacting with the animals. Parking is available directly at the property. The access road is paved, with the final 800 meters consisting of a stabilized surface. The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing. Tennis courts, a riding stable, and bike parks are located nearby. Bicycle rentals can be arranged upon request. The village itself features a rental shop for scooters and—in winter—skis, including ski touring equipment. Swimming options include the Vrchlabí Aquacentre, Vejsplachy Pond, the Čistá and Valteřice outdoor pools, Labská Dam, the Špindlerův Mlýn Aquapark, the Jánské Lázně Aquacentre, and more. In winter, a groomed cross-country ski track runs right by the cottage to the village of Strážné, where it connects to the Krkonoše Main Trail. The village also features a ski area suitable for recreational skiers and, especially, children. Other nearby ski resorts include Dolní Dvůr (Luisino údolí), Strážné, Horní Lánov, Vrchlabí (Kněžický vrch), Herlíkovice (Bubákov), Černá hora (Černý Důl), and others. Popular local excursions include Vrchlabí Castle and Museum; the resort towns of Špindlerův Mlýn and Pec pod Sněžkou; the Treetop Walkway in Jánské Lázně; Mount Žalý; the Krkonoše Museum in Jilemnice; and Sněžka, the highest mountain in the Czech Republic.
