Our cottage for rent is located in the eastern part of the Vysočina region, near the town of Bystřice nad Pernštejnem, at the foot of the hill with the ruins of Zubštejn Castle. The cottage has a total capacity of 14 people and consists of 2 separate apartments for 4 and 10 people. The cottage can be rented as a whole to 1 group of clients in private, or even individual apartments separately. Apartment Azul for 4 people includes 1 bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, all wheelchair accessible. Kitchen with dining room - kitchen unit - dishwasher, induction hob, convection oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, complete dining equipment (plates, bowls, mugs,... etc.). Living room - TV with Internet TV, WiFi throughout the building. Ático apartment for up to 10 people: studio-style apartment. An open space connecting the kitchen with the living area and the bedroom, then a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. Bedroom - large bed for 4 people. Room - 2 single beds. Living room with two sofa beds for up to 4 people (extra beds). Kitchen with dining room - kitchen unit - dishwasher, induction hob, convection oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, complete dining equipment (plates, bowls, mugs,... etc.). Living room - TV with Internet TV, WiFi throughout the apartment. Heating is provided by a heat pump. Parking is possible right next to the building. In the shared fenced garden, there is a parking area, an entrance terrace with seating, a covered pergola with seating and a gas grill, a children's playground, and a saltwater pool. Grass area for ball games - fenced. In the garden there is a children's corner with a slide and a swing. Common outdoor spaces are intended for guests from both apartments. If the entire cottage is not ordered, it is not possible to guarantee complete privacy here. This includes a parking area, an entrance terrace, a pergola with a grill and a seating area, a children's playground, a swimming pool and a fenced garden area. Staying with us is especially popular with families with children, but also with cyclists, athletes, lovers of natural and cultural monuments, nature lovers, etc. Our guests can spend pleasant moments of relaxation in the garden or by the fireplace. Relaxation and sports can be found in abundance in the immediate vicinity. We offer accommodation just 5 km from Bystřice nad Pernštejnem, approx. 50 km northwest of Brno at the border of the Žďárské vrchy nature reserve and the Svratecká pahorkatina nature park.
