A modern cottage with an outdoor hot tub with a whirlpool and lighting is located in a quiet part of the mountain village of Horní Bečva in the Beskydy Protected Area. The cottage is located on the same plot as object 3M-278. Possibility to book both objects at once with a maximum capacity of 20 people (8 + 12 people). The cottage is rented only as a whole and offers accommodation in two fully equipped apartments (lower and upper floor), each with its own entrance. Suitable for friendly families or a larger group of people. The cottage offers accommodation for up to 12 people in 4 bedrooms. The lower apartment has 2 bedrooms (max. 6 people). Bedroom no. 1 has 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed and one wardrobe. Bedroom no. 2 has 2 separate single beds, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. This room also serves as a living room, where you will find an armchair, TV and fireplace. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, hob, kettle, coffee maker with ground coffee and dishes) with a dining area. The sanitary facilities include a bathroom with a shower and toilet, 2 sinks and a washing machine. The upper apartment has 2 bedrooms (max. 6 people). Bedroom no. 1 has 1 double bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom no. 2 has 2 single beds, 1 double bed and a wardrobe. The living room, which is connected to the dining area, is equipped with a sofa, chest of drawers and TV. The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, hob and dishes. The sanitary facilities include a separate toilet with a small sink and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and one sink. The water is drinkable, but very hard, so we recommend bottled water for direct consumption. Wifi connection is free throughout the building. Heating is combined. The entire building can be heated with gas, and the bathroom with electricity (underfloor heating, towel ladder). There is also a fireplace (insert) on the lower floor. You can sit on two covered terraces. There is the option of using an outdoor fireplace or a hot tub with a hot tub. The little ones will enjoy the slide with swings and a sandbox. Parking (for up to 6 cars) and a bicycle storage room are right next to the building. The cottage is located on a hill, in winter we recommend taking snow chains. In the vicinity of the cottage there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, skiing and mushroom picking. Trips in the area are attractive: Radhošť, Pustevny, the Rožnov pod Radhoštěm open-air museum, the Radegast statue and others. Cyclists will be thrilled by the beautiful, easy cycle path along the Bečva River, or the Bílá Bikepark and others. Swimming options include: Vigantice swimming pool, Horní Bečva dam, Bečva biotope swimming pool, Hutisko-Solanec swimming pool, Velké Karlovice swimming pool, etc. Nearby ski resorts include: Sachova studánka, Rališka, ski Bílá, for the little ones we recommend Velké Karlovice at the Horal hotel and others.
