The cozy Praděd Cottage with a jacuzzi is located in the village of Loučná nad Desnou - part of Kouty nad Desnou in a picturesque valley by the forest and a stream. The advantage is the close proximity to the Ski Resort, Bike Park and Balanc Park Kouty. You can look forward to the beautiful mountain nature of the Jeseníky Protected Landscape Area, clean air and the certainty of perfect relaxation. Praděd Cottage offers accommodation for 12 people in 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a four-bed bedroom with 2 double beds and in the attic there are two four-bed bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. One of the attic bedrooms has a cot and a balcony. In the attic there is also a children's playroom with the possibility of an extra bed (110 cm) and a balcony. Upon agreement, two beds from other bedrooms can be moved to the playroom. All bedrooms are equipped with wooden beds, new orthopedic mattresses, luxurious blankets and stylish furniture. On the ground floor, you can spend time together in the living room with a fireplace (secured by a playpen for children), a sofa and a Smart TV with O2 TV. There is also a fully equipped, stylish kitchen (retro fridge with freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, hot air oven, microwave, toaster and all necessary dishes) with a dining area. The kitchen is connected to a cozy veranda with seating and views of nature. For moments of fun, there is table football and billiards, popular board games, cards, memory games and interesting books. For inspiration for trips, tourist maps and a lot of information material with all kinds of activities in the area and a 3D map of the Jeseníky Mountains are available. The attic playroom for children includes a table with chairs, wicker baskets with clean toys, a sofa, a bookcase with books about nature and mountains, fairy tales and fun board games. The sanitary facilities include one bathroom with a shower, a large sink, a toilet, a heating ladder, plenty of storage space and a children's high chair and one bathroom with a shower, sink and a heating ladder. There is also a separate toilet. The bathrooms and toilets are located on the ground floor. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove and electric heaters. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. Outside in the spacious garden there is a covered seating area with a hot tub for 6 people. There is a grill and a fireplace. The clean mountain river Hučivá Desná flows next to the property, which is a dream come true for all hardy people. To make the river accessible for year-round swimming, a new relaxation beach is part of the property. Children will appreciate the large illuminated children's playground with a roofed equipped sandbox, slide, swings, rope wall, large counter, children's seating and wooden kitchen. Equipment for badminton and lazy tennis, balls, sleds and bobsleighs are also available for rent. The garden includes a house for storing sports equipment with a large shoe dryer, a forest pool and a woodshed. While relaxing in the garden, you can enjoy blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, josta, currants, gooseberries or strawberries. The berry garden is complemented by a large insect house. The location of the cottage and the land is away from all busy roads and train tracks. Parking is available directly at the property. In the vicinity of the cottage, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, skiing and cross-country skiing. Nearby are tennis courts, a riding stable, bowling and disc golf.
