Cottage with wellness in the beautiful nature of the Bohemian Paradise Protected Area - stylish and comfortably furnished cottage with a Finnish sauna, infrared sauna and jacuzzi near the rock town and castle Hrubá Skála and Trosky Castle. The capacity of the property is for up to 20 people in 7 bedrooms. Accommodation suitable for families with children, but also for teambuilding events. The cottage consists of 2 apartments (14 + 6). Renting only one of the apartments is possible only by arrangement and in off-season periods including weekends. DESCRIPTION: Large apartment for 14 people - on the ground floor 2x double bedrooms (1x double bed) and on the first floor 1x double bedroom (1x double bed) and 2x four-bed bedrooms (1x triple bed and 1x single bed and 2x double beds). The apartment is dominated by a large common room with a beautiful fireplace for gatherings (up to 20 people), a fully equipped kitchenette, a living area with a TV and a large spacious sofa. The sanitary facilities in the apartment include 1 bathroom on the ground floor with a bathtub, toilet, washing machine and dryer on the ground floor and 1 bathroom on the first floor with a shower and toilet. The small apartment for 6 people is located on the attic floor and on the mezzanine floor and has its own entrance, to which outdoor wooden stairs lead to the floor with a lowered ceiling at the entrance (suitable only for mobile people). There is - 1 double walk-through bedroom with the possibility of an extra bed (1 double bed) and 1 four-bed walk-through bedroom (2 double beds) located on the mezzanine floor by the kitchen, bathroom and dining area. The apartment includes 3 TVs. The sanitary facilities here include one bathroom with a shower and toilet. The price of the stay includes clean beds including bedding and towels for each accommodated guest. The kitchens are fully equipped including cleaning products, towels, sponges for dishes, etc. There is an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and capsule coffee maker for use (capsules available on site for a fee). A cot, high chair and potty are available for rent. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the property. Heating is provided by a heat pump and an electric boiler. Temperature regulation is possible using a thermostat. You can also heat the wood in the fireplace. Wood is available for free. For moments of relaxation, there is a beautiful spacious wellness area built from the original stables with a massage whirlpool, infrared sauna and Finnish sauna. Around the cottage there is a large garden with ornamental shrubs, a pond with a willow, a fireplace and for moments of privacy or sitting under the stars there are also benches and swings. At the main entrance there is an outdoor covered and illuminated terrace with a grill and table tennis. There is also a trampoline, darts and badminton. The garden house includes a storage room for bicycles. After agreement, catering can be arranged, a tap with draft beer can be rented and a quality sports ground can be reserved according to your requirements. The land around the cottage is fenced. Parking is possible directly at the property. There are up to 8 parking spaces. In the vicinity of the cottage there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, fishing, skiing and cross-country skiing. There are also tennis courts, a riding stable, bowling and minigolf nearby. Swimming options include: Nebákov Pond, Věžák Pond, Sedmihorky Swimming Pool, Sobotka Swimming Pool, Jinolické Ponds, Výšinka Turnov Swimming Pool, Turnov Swimming Pool, Aquapark Jičín, etc. Ski lifts are available: Kozákov, Turnov - Struhy, Nad Nádražím - Semily, Koberovy - Hamštejn and others.
