Chalet Dolní Dvůr with wellness is located in the picturesque village of the same name in the middle of the Giant Mountains between the towns of Špindlerův mlýn and Pec pod Sněžkou, at an altitude of 640 m above sea level, 6 km from Vrchlabí. It is an ideal place for quiet family recreation, a crossroads of cycling routes and hiking trails. In winter, an increasingly popular winter sports center with a newly built ski area offering groomed downhill tracks, evening skiing, artificial snowmaking, a ski school and ski equipment rental. You can look forward to cozy accommodation near the forest and relaxation in the wellness area with a quality whirlpool for 5 people and a custom-made infrared sauna for 4 people. Chalupa Dolní Dvůr offers accommodation for 24 people in separately rented apartments and rooms with their own bathroom and kitchenette. Upon agreement, it is possible to rent the cottage as a whole. A total of 20 fixed beds and 4 extra beds are available in 2 apartments and 3 rooms. DESCRIPTION: Apartment No. 1 has capacity for 6 people, there is 1x double bed in a separate bedroom and 1x double bed and 2x extra bed (folding couch) in the common room. Apartment No. 2 has capacity for 5 people, there are 2 double beds in the bedroom and 1 extra bed (sofa). Room No. 3 has capacity for 4 people, 2 double beds are available. Room No. 4 has capacity for 5 people, there is 1x double bed, 2x single beds and 1x extra bed (mattress). Room No. 5 has capacity for 4 people, 1x double bed and 1x bunk bed available. A cot is available for rent. In all apartments and rooms you can use a fully equipped kitchenette (hob, microwave oven, kettle and fridge). Furthermore, the rooms are equipped with furniture with enough storage space, a dining table and chairs, and the apartments also have a TV. Social facilities include one bathroom with shower and toilet in each apartment and room and in the wellness room. Heating is provided by underfloor heating and a heat pump (digital thermostat in each room). All guests can spend their free time in the common room, where there is a bar and a tap, a kitchenette, a dishwasher, a TV, a pool table (billiards, carom) and a children's corner. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. You can also relax in the wellness area or sit in the garden in a covered pergola with a grill or by the fireplace. There is a storage room for bikes and skis. You can park right next to the building.
