A holiday cottage with wellness facilities near Tanvaldský Špičák, located close to the villages of Lučany nad Nisou and Albrechtice in the Jizera Mountains. The cottage accommodates up to 10 guests across 3 bedrooms (two double rooms, each with an additional sofa bed for two; one double room), with the option for 2 more guests on a pull-out sofa in the living room. All bedrooms are situated in the attic, along with a children’s play area and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and toilet. The ground floor features a living room with a stone wood-burning fireplace, a pull-out sofa, and a TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen (including cookware, a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, wine cooler, blender, coffee machine, and an electric tabletop grill) with a large dining table for 10 people. Guests may purchase wine from the cottage’s own wine collection. Also on the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, and a second utility room for storing bicycles, skis, and strollers, complete with a ski boot dryer. An entrance hall with a shoe rack and coat hooks is also provided. Additional amenities include bath towels, hand towels, toilet paper, soap, basic toiletries, sauna sheets and towels, high chairs for children, a crib (including mattress and bedding), a children’s play corner with toys and a TV, a potty, and a toilet seat reducer. The property is heated via underfloor heating (powered by a heat pump) and offers Wi-Fi access. Parking is available directly at the cottage; however, it is advisable to bring snow chains during the winter months. The garden features a Finnish sauna for 8 people with an adjoining relaxation room, a heated hot tub for 6 people, and a natural swimming pond complete with a summer relaxation terrace and sun loungers. Additionally, there is a terrace with a grill (available in the summer months), a children’s playground with a sandbox (also for the summer season), and a fire pit with tree-stump seating. There is also a small herb garden. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, cycling, mushroom picking, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing. Swimming options include the outdoor pools in Lučany nad Nisou and Tanvald, the natural swimming area in Josefův Důl, the Mšeno Reservoir, and the outdoor pool in Zlatá Olešnice. Suggested excursions include the Finkstejn viewpoint, the Nisanka, Tanvaldský Špičák, and Bramberk observation towers, the Museum of Armored Vehicles in Smržovka, and the Automoto Museum in Lučany nad Nisou. The area boasts countless cross-country skiing trails and numerous ski resorts, such as Tanvaldský Špičák, Detoa, Josefův Důl–Bukovka, the Filip ski lift, Ještěd, Severák, and others.
