The newly built, stylish Dvojchalupa Slunečnice is located in the beautiful surroundings of the Jizera Mountains in the town of Tanvald, not far from the Tanvaldský Špičák ski resort (approx. 2 km), from which you can ski directly to the cottage in winter. The town of Tanvald also includes, for example, a swimming pool, a swimming pool, a bike park and mini golf, and there are plenty of opportunities for cycling and walking tours in the nearby area. The Slunečnice semi-detached cottage offers accommodation for 14 people in two identically furnished, separately rented apartments - Slunečnice A and Slunečnice B. The cottage can also be rented as a whole. Both apartments have a capacity for 7 people, two bedrooms, their own kitchen and sanitary facilities. On the ground floor of each apartment there is a classic wooden living room with a fireplace, leather sofa, TV, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen (glass ceramic hob with four hotplates, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and standard dishes). The ground floor also includes an entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe. On the floor of the apartments there are two bedrooms, one triple with an extra bed and the other triple. The cottage has a partial basement, there is a storage room for bikes and skis. The sanitary facilities in each apartment include one bathroom on the first floor with a shower and toilet and one separate toilet on the ground floor. Heating is provided by very economical electric heating or wood in a fireplace hot water insert (can be combined). The tiled stove with a hot water fireplace insert is connected to the central heating system and to the heat exchanger of the electric boiler for hot water heating. The cottage is insulated with PUR foam. Wi-Fi internet connection is available throughout the building. The building's electronic security device with fire detectors is secured. Outside, there is a stylish seating area for all guests, a grill and a fireplace are available. You can sit in the wooden garden deckchairs. Children can look forward to the wooden playground and stacking wooden blocks according to their own imagination, and wooden puzzles are also available for older children. There is also a sandpit with dolls. You can park directly at the building. In the surroundings of the cottage, hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, cross-country skiing and skiing are possible. Nearby is a riding stable, tennis court and bowling alley. Swimming options include, for example: Dolina swimming pool, Tanvald swimming pool, Lučany nad Nisou swimming pool, Josefův Důl natural swimming pool, Mšeno dam, Zlatá Olešnice swimming pool, Jílové u Držkova quarry, Bumbálka Jesenný swimming pool, Jablonec nad Jizerou swimming pool, etc. ski resorts: Tanvaldský Špičák, Filip - Smržovka, Světlý vrch, Selský dvůr - Albrechtice, Detoa - Albrechtice in the Jizerské hory and others.
