A holiday cottage featuring an infrared sauna and an outdoor swimming pool, located near the village of Červená Voda and in the immediate vicinity of the Buková hora mountain resort—a setting situated on the border between the Eagle Mountains (Orlické hory) and the Jeseníky Mountains. The property has a capacity of up to 25 guests, accommodated in 5 separate apartments (configurations: 3x6, 3, and 4), each with its own private bathroom and kitchenette. The property can be rented in its entirety, or a minimum of 3 individual apartments may be booked. DESCRIPTION: Situated in a tranquil, forest-adjacent setting at an altitude of 860 meters above sea level, the cottage offers breathtaking views of the surrounding natural landscape and comfortably furnished accommodations. The building is divided into 6 separate apartments, 5 of which are available for rent. In total, the following units are available: Apartment No. 1 for 3 people (2 single beds and 1 extra bed suitable for a child); Apartment No. 2 for 6 people (1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 pull-out bed, and 1 extra bed for a child); Apartment No. 4—a two-level unit for 6 people (1 double bed on the lower level and 4 single beds upstairs); Apartment No. 5 for 4 people (3 single beds and 1 pull-out bed that expands a single bed to a width of 160 cm); and Apartment No. 6—a two-level unit for 6 people (1 double bed on the lower level, 2 large floor mattresses upstairs, and 2 extra beds in the form of fold-out armchairs). Apartment No. 3 is reserved exclusively for the cottage owners. All apartments are equipped with storage space, a kitchenette (refrigerator, cooktop, electric kettle, microwave, and basic cookware and tableware), a dining table with chairs, and a private bathroom (featuring a shower or bathtub and a toilet). A baby cot is available upon request. The cottage has a shared entrance leading through a ski storage room into a cloakroom—which also houses a utility/cleaning room—and continues into the main hallway. From this hallway, there is access to a central kitchen, a shared toilet, and a common room. Common room – featuring dining tables and benches, a wood-burning stove, a tap system, and a wine cooler. Guitars, as well as a variety of board and card games, are available for use. The cottage includes a shared, fully equipped kitchen (basic kitchen utensils, a large refrigerator with a freezer, an induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, an electric milk frother, a sandwich maker, a toaster, and a hand mixer/whisk). An ice maker, a contact grill, and a 10-liter beverage warmer (for tea or mulled wine) are available upon request. On the ground-floor hallway, there is a shared toilet equipped with a sink and a hand-held bidet sprayer. On the first mezzanine level, you will find a gaming area with an electronic dartboard and an infrared sauna (accommodating 2–3 people). Apartments 1–3 are located on the second floor. The second mezzanine level features an additional play and gaming area, equipped with a multi-functional game table (foosball, billiards, children's table tennis, and board games), along with toys and books. Apartments 4–6 are located on the third floor. In total, the facilities include 5 bathrooms and 6 toilets. There is a utility sink in the cleaning/storage room. The ski room is equipped with a large sink—suitable for washing boots or other outdoor gear—as well as a boot dryer. Heating is provided by a central hot-water system with radiators, each equipped with a thermostatic valve for temperature control. Additionally, a wood-burning stove is available for extra warmth; firewood is provided in the shed. A gas heater is available for use on the covered terrace during the winter months. Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property. From the first mezzanine level, you can access a partially covered terrace with seating; this area can be enclosed to create a makeshift winter garden and connects to an outdoor grassy terrace featuring a fire pit, seating, an outdoor grill with a cast-iron pan, and stairs leading down to a sports court located below the forest. This multi-purpose court features artificial turf and is equipped with small soccer goals, a net for football-tennis or volleyball, a basketball hoop, and an aluminum table tennis table. Sports equipment (balls, pétanque sets, badminton gear, etc.) is available for guests to borrow. During the summer months, a small, covered above-ground pool (3.5m in diameter) is available. Beneath the trees, there is a porch swing (bench) that seats up to three people, offering a magnificent view of the entire valley and the ridges of the Highlands (Vysočina). For young children, there is a sandbox in front of the cottage, as well as a small play fort tucked away among the trees in the forest. Children’s balance bikes are also available. Parking is provided directly on-site, with space for five vehicles. In the winter, the access road is only navigable by 4x4 vehicles; however, parking is available at a nearby paid parking lot. Upon prior arrangement, transport for guests and luggage can be provided via a sled towed by a tracked ATV. The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing. Close to the cottage, there is a sports complex featuring a multi-purpose court, a tennis court, beach volleyball, table tennis, minigolf, and a children's playground, as well as the Bukovka Trail Park. An 18-hole golf course in Dolní Dobrouč is also nearby. Swimming options include, for example, the Jablonné nad Orlicí swimming pool, Acrobat Park in Štíty, the Králíky swimming pool, the Pastviny Reservoir, and the Ruda nad Moravou swimming pool. In the winter, the cottage’s close proximity (150 m) to the Buková Hora Ski Resort—which connects the Čenkovice and Červená Voda areas—is a major advantage. Other nearby ski areas include Ovaz Výprachtice, Heroltice, Turek, and more. Cross-country skiing trails run right by the cottage. The Suchý Vrch – Buková Hora Nature Park and the Dolní Morava Mountain Resort—home to the "Sky Walk" (Stezka v oblacích)—are excellent destinations for local excursions.
