A holiday cottage with a sauna and an outdoor swimming pool, located near the village of Červená Voda, close to the Buková hora and Dolní Morava resorts, on the border of the Orlické Mountains and the Jeseníky Mountains. The area features beautiful natural scenery and offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling, and winter sports. The property can accommodate up to 17 guests across 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms are located on the upper floor; there are three 4-person bedrooms (each with two double beds) and one 5-person bedroom (with two double beds and one single bed). A baby cot and a high chair are available for use. The ground floor features a spacious living area with a wood-burning stove, a sofa set, a TV, and a dining space. This area also includes a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, electric kettle, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, stainless steel pots, tableware, cutlery, coffee maker, and dishwasher). A spacious playroom for children is located in the attic. Guests can relax in a Finnish sauna, which is integrated into one of the bathrooms. Bathroom facilities include one bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor, plus two bathrooms with showers and toilets on the upper floor. A washing machine and children's potties are also provided. The property is heated via an electric boiler, underfloor heating, and a wood-burning stove. A grassy garden surrounds the cottage. There is an outdoor terrace with garden seating, a grill, and a fire pit. The garden also features a sandbox, swings, and a slide. In the summer months, you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool. Storage space for bicycles and skis is available. Parking is possible directly on-site, with 5 to 6 spaces provided. The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing. Nearby, you will find a multi-purpose sports hall, tennis courts, minigolf, and a golf course. Swimming options include, for example: Acrobat Park in Štíty, the public swimming pools in Králíky, Ruda nad Moravou, Bludov (Vlčí Důl), Jablonné nad Orlicí, and Šumperk (Bratrušák), as well as the Aquacentrum in Šumperk. Nearby ski resorts include Červená Voda – Buková hora, Heroltice, Turek, Čenkovice, Dolní Morava, and others. Popular local attractions and excursion destinations include the Suchý vrch – Buková hora Nature Park; the Dolní Morava Mountain Resort (featuring the "Sky Walk," Sky Bridge 721, and the "Mammoth" Water Park); the Králíky Military Museum; the Křížová hora Lookout Tower; Králický Sněžník; Acrobat Park; the Bludov Spa; and the Brewery Museum in Hanušovice.
