Cottage Štikov is located in Nová Paka in the beautiful surroundings of the former village Štikov, which is now part of Nová Paka. The building is 1.5 km from the center of Nová Paka. There are 2 apartments - ground floor and attic. The total capacity of the building is max. 12 people. (three families). The building is rented to 1 group of people in private, but it is also possible to rent 1 apartment separately. The apartment on the ground floor consists of a living room, kitchen and bathroom with toilet (50m2) and a separate bedroom (20 m2). The bedroom has 4 beds and two beds are in the form of an extra bed on a sofa bed (140x200cm) in the living room. The second apartment is located in the attic of the building, consists of three rooms and a living room (150m2). One triple room with separate bathroom and toilet. Two double rooms with separate bathroom and toilet. The living room consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room with billiards. Parking is available. Wellness offers a hot tub for 4 people and a Finnish sauna with a capacity of 4 people. Various types of massages are offered as an additional service. Upon agreement with the owner, it is possible to enter the garden with pergola, fireplace and swimming pool. In Nová Paka itself, there is a wide range of services and attractions throughout the year. In winter it is possible to visit the winter resort SKI Máchovka (directly in Nová Paka) or the ski resorts of the Giant Mountains (Vrchlabí, Herlíkovice, Benecko, Harrachov and Špindlerův Mlýn). There is an indoor pool or a winter stadium in Nová Paka. In the vicinity of Nová Paka there is a network of cross-country trails. It is also possible to visit the natural monument Sýkornici or the nearby castle Pecka or other castles and ruins in the area (eg Kumburk). The surroundings of Nová Paka are also suitable for cycling, hiking, nature trips or mushroom picking or blueberry picking. In the summer months it is possible to visit several swimming pools or reservoirs around the building - swimming pool Pecka (9km), swimming pool Dolní Kalná, swimming pool Kruh, swimming pool Jilemnice or reservoir Jahodnice (10km) and a large water park in Spindleruv Mlyn (25km).
