Cottage with an outdoor terrace and swimming pool by the forest in the beautiful nature of the Bohemian Paradise Protected Area, near popular tourist destinations - Kost Castle, Plakánek Valley, Humprecht Chateau or Suhrovické Ponds. The capacity of the property is up to 10 people in two separately rented five-bed comfortably furnished apartments. DESCRIPTION: The apartments are located on the first floor of the cottage, each has its own lockable entrance and the layout is the same. Both apartments have a double bedroom (2x single beds - can be combined into a double bed) and 1x triple bedroom in the living room (3x single beds) with TV, DVD and coffee table. A cot is available for rent. Each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen (dishes, cutlery, microwave, kettle, double cooker, fridge with freezer, mugs and glasses). Both apartments have access to an outdoor balcony, from which you can enjoy views of the natural landscape. The sanitary facilities include one bathroom with a shower and toilet in the first apartment, and one bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet in the second apartment. Heating is provided by central heating with a heat pump, and you can also use installed heaters. There is WIFI internet access throughout the building. There is an outdoor covered seating area with a grill outside for all guests. In the summer, you can refresh yourself in the inflatable outdoor pool. There is a bicycle storage room and bicycles can also be rented by arrangement. The entire building is non-smoking, only a smoking corner is available outside. Parking is possible directly at the building in a fenced parking lot with a camera system. Hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing and mushroom picking are possible in the vicinity of the cottage. Nearby are tennis courts, a riding stable and mini golf. Swimming options include: Sobotka swimming pool, Komárovský pond in the village of Branžež, Kněžmost swimming pool, Drhleny pond, Bakov nad Jizerou swimming pool, Aquapark and outdoor swimming pool in Jičín, etc. Other attractions in the area include the Čížovka Lookout Tower, Příhrazské Rocks, Hrubá Skála, Prachovské Rocks, Mužský Lookout, Turnov, the Škoda Museum in Mladá Boleslav or Jičín - a city of fairy tales.
