A spacious two-story apartment, stylishly furnished, with its own entrance and a fenced, sunny garden and facilities for children is available to guests. Sufficient privacy is ensured throughout the building. DESCRIPTION: On the ground floor, 1x 4-bed lockable bedroom (1x extra large double bed 230x200cm, 1x single bed 90x200cm and 1x pull-out bed 90x200cm). Upstairs, 1x 5-bed bedroom - a spacious studio with a glass front wall overlooking the green garden and the forest (1x double bed 180x200cm, 3x single beds 90x200cm - can be combined into a double bed). In the children's corner, there is a bed 80x200cm that can be used as an extra bed. A fold-out cot and sofa are available for rent. On the ground floor, you can spend time together in the living room with two sofas and a large dining table. The room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with oven, hob, fridge with freezer, sink, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes and all cooking equipment). The lower floor also includes a children's corner with toys. WiFi connection available, as well as a large satellite TV. The entrance through the kitchen leads to a balcony terrace with a dining area and a view of the surrounding forested nature. The sanitary facilities include one bathroom on the ground floor with a shower, sink and toilet. Heating is provided by central heating with a heat pump with underfloor heating and radiators, plus there is one electric fireplace on each floor. Fenced, grassed garden with a terrace with seating and also with deckchairs, a grill and a fireplace. Parking is available directly at the property. In the vicinity of the property there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, skiing, cross-country skiing and mushroom picking. There is a riding school, bowling and tennis courts nearby. Boat and raft rentals are available on the Jizera River. Swimming options include: natural swimming pools in the village or in Přepeřy on the weir of the Jizera River, Příšovice - Písečák pond, swimming pools Turnov, Vlastibořice, Dolánky, Voděrady swimming pool, Aquapark Babylon Liberec, Aquapark and swimming pool Jičín, etc. There are nearby ski lifts: Struhy - Turnov, Kozákov, Koberovy - Hamštejn, Ještěd and, in a longer distance, ski areas in the Giant Mountains.
