The cottage can accommodate up to 8 people in 2 separately rented 4-bed apartments with their own bathroom. The cottage can also be rented as a whole. DESCRIPTION: The first apartment is located on the ground floor and the second on the first floor. Both have 2 double bedrooms (1 double bed + 2 single beds), one of which also serves as a living room with a TV and a sofa bed (extra bed available by arrangement). A folding cot and high chair are available for rent. The first apartment has a bathroom accessible from the first bedroom. The second apartment has a bathroom located on the ground floor. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet, towels, bath sheets, toilet paper, soap, and on request a child's toilet seat or potty and stools for the sink. For all guests there is a common room with a dining area for 8 to 10 people and a fully equipped kitchen (built-in oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, extractor hood, hand blender, sandwich maker and dishes for 10 people). Each apartment has its own refrigerator. On the upper floor there is a spacious games room (70m²) with lots of games for children. At the same time, the room can also be used for relaxation exercises. For moments of relaxation, there is a reading corner with armchairs on the mezzanine by the library and in front of the games room on the upper floor there is a couch, for example, for sitting with a glass of wine. There is WIFI internet connection throughout the building. Heating is provided by gas heating. There is underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the 1st floor. The cottage is located on a fenced plot. There are two gardens outside, one smaller with a children's climbing frame and the other large for various activities, e.g. for ball games, badminton and darts. There is also outdoor seating with a table, chairs, parasol and grill, seating in a covered pergola, a swing for adults, benches for sitting in the shade under an oak tree and a fireplace. An inflatable pool can be provided for children upon request. There is a storage room for bicycles and skis. Parking is available directly at the property. There are 4 parking spaces. In the vicinity of the property there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, fishing, skiing and cross-country skiing. There are also tennis courts, a riding stable, bowling and minigolf nearby. There is a renowned bakery very close to the cottage, which is open early in the morning, so you can enjoy fresh pastries for breakfast every weekday. The village also includes a chateau and a brewery with a restaurant. The cottage is located near the heart of Bohemian Paradise. If you like to discover history, you can visit Sychrov Castle, Hrubá Skála Castle, Hrubý Rohozec, Mnichovo hradiště, all these castles are worth a visit. Also Kost Castle, Trosky Ruins, Wallenstein Castle, and last but not least Valečov Ruins, Panteon, Frýdštějn, Sedmihorky rock cities, all these places are within approximately 30 minutes. from the accommodation. In the summer months, you can refresh yourself at the Maškova zahrada swimming pool in Turnov, or at the Kněžmost swimming pool, Bukovina, or right in neighboring Příšovice on Malý and Velký Písečák. The boat rental on Malá Skála will allow you to have extraordinary experiences on the water ending right in Svijany by the weir.
