Apartment U Hájenky 429 (half of a semi-detached house) for rent is located in a new passive wooden semi-detached house, has an area of 130 m2 and 4+kk available. The apartment is suitable for 6 adults and up to 4 children on extra beds or with a travel cot for the little ones. Upstairs, three bedrooms are ready for sleeping - two with a double bed and extra beds in the form of pull-out drawers under the bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Downstairs in the living room there is a sofa bed that can serve as another 1.5 bed. If you want to come with a larger group of good friends, you can fit even more thanks to two extra sleeping floors in the upstairs bedrooms, which are suitable for adults and brave people because of the ladder :) Bathrooms and toilets are on each floor. Of course, there is a TV, internet, washing machine with dryer, fully equipped kitchen, but also air conditioning, underfloor heating and window blinds. There are two parking spaces and a storage room for skis and bicycles right next to the house, and you can also charge the electric ones here. The cottage is located near the forest, a minute's walk from the deer park, a 20-minute walk to the tourist center of Lipno nad Vltavou, and if you're not a fan of motoring, it's about a 20-minute walk to the train station. In the vicinity: Cycle paths in the Lipno area and around the water reservoir. Cross-country trails, walks through the forest, the kingdom of the forest for children's amusement and relaxation for parents, and a path through the treetops. Also, Lipno water park and Frymburk water park. They wrote about us - Google review: The house is beautiful and the location is great. If you have children, the top is the deer park practically behind the house. With a three-year capart, you can walk comfortably to the kingdom of the forest and to the trail. I praise the equipment of the kitchen, where there is absolutely everything, including glasses for wine and bubbles. The place is just perfect. I don't know what else I could wish for, the location, facilities and equipment were simply top notch. The children were enchanted by the deer in the nature reserve, which can be seen from the upper floors. The forest above the field is like something from a fairy tale. Access to the bike path around Lipno, but also along the contour to the cable car and bobovka, is absolutely optimal. And the shops like Chleba se soli or Povidloň confectionary are simply super goodies. With the children, we only had a half-hour walk to the path through the crowns of the trees and the kingdom of the forest, or to the cable car. We are very satisfied. Thank you!
