Cottage by the forest - located in the Baba Nature Park near the village of Řečkovice - South Moravia. The cottage can accommodate up to 13 people in 2 bedrooms. The cottage with an outdoor seating area is located in a quiet area, in a secluded area by the forest in the village of Jinačovice near the Brno Dam and the Brno Zoo. The cottage includes a spacious, three-room apartment, which has 1x four-bed bedroom (four single beds), 1x five-bed bedroom (five single beds), 2x extra beds in the hall (sofa bed) and 2x extra beds in the living room (sofa bed). A cot is available for rent. The living room has a sofa, TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, kettle and coffee maker). Upon agreement, two taps can be arranged. In the common room next to the apartment you can spend time with friends and play board games. The sanitary facilities include one bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine and one separate toilet. Toiletries, towels and a hairdryer are available. Bed linen is provided. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove and central heating. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the property. From the kitchen you can enter directly onto the balcony with a small seating area, from which you can enjoy views of the surrounding natural landscape and sometimes even the grazing fallow deer Jonáš. There is also a terrace, a large gazebo with seating, a grill and a fireplace with benches. Outdoor wooden games can be rented for an additional fee (Russian skittles, Mölkky, Spin Ladder, throwing rings and pétanque). Parking is possible directly in the closed area next to the property. Hiking, cycling, swimming and mushroom picking are possible in the area around the cottage. There are tennis courts nearby and there is also a pedal boat and boat rental at the Brno Dam. A beautiful nature trail with interactive elements runs through the entire area of ​​the cottage. Swimming options include: Sokolské swimming pool, Ledňáček pond, Wellness Kuřim, Aquapark Kohoutovice, Lužánky municipal swimming pool, Riviéra swimming pool, etc. Excursions in the surrounding area include Veveří Castle, Macocha abyss and Punkva Caves, Pernštejn Castle, Western town Boskovice, Villa Tugendhat, Špilberk Castle and the historical center of Brno.
