We offer accommodation for 8 - 10 people directly on the beach of Brno Dam in the cottage - villa with air conditioning and on own large fenced land. The cottage has its own heated swimming pool with counter current, a sports ground (great rubber surface with volleyball, football, soft tennis, small football, etc.). All rooms have beautiful views of the dam. Each bedroom has access to the balcony. Ideal place for family recreation (ping pong table, darts, boats for rent). The cottage also offers great facilities for organizing one-day and weekend events (birthday parties, parties, parties). Grill, smokehouse, second summer kitchen, large seating area, two terraces. All rooms have air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen and dining area with direct access to the terrace with garden furniture. On the ground floor there is a toilet with washbasin, a hall with hangers and a wardrobe. Also a technical room with storage space. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with access to a balcony overlooking the water, a bathroom with a massage shower and a toilet. Living room: double sofa bed. Optional extra beds available. In the whole cottage there are electric heaters, in the living room there is a fireplace for wood. The pool is heated by solar panels. Parking on your own fenced plot. Asphalt driveway, Arrival from Brněnská Dam, along the dam (Hrázní Street) to the OSADA stop. The cottage is 100 m from the steamboat stop - OSADA. A cycle path leads to Veveří Castle around the cottage. Only 600 m from the cottage is the sauna world and wellness MAXIMUS resort, U Šuláka restaurant or Princess restaurant. Brno's dam is about 2 km from the cottage (restaurant, bistro, refreshment, roundabout). We also recommend going for a trip to Veveří Castle, visiting the zoo or playing beach volleyball. The dam itself offers beaches, boat rentals, electrocuits and pedal boats, seating in a variety of restaurants, playgrounds and other activities. There is also a public transport stop near the dock where you can easily reach Brno city center.
