Cottage at Nežárky in the Třeboňsko Protected Landscape Area, located near the village of Plavsko and the town of Stráž nad Nežárkou - South Bohemia. The cottage can accommodate up to 13 people in 2 apartments (4 + 10 people). We offer complete privacy - you will always have the cottage to yourself. Two separate entrances, one for the ground floor apartment and the other for the attic, allow accommodation for one to three families or a group of friends in a total of 3 bedrooms. Both parts have their own bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. There is a large living room on the ground floor or a hall above the stairs for sitting. Ground floor apartment (up to 4 people): On the ground floor there is a bedroom in a vaulted room with 3 beds and 1 sofa bed (extra bed), a bathroom with a shower and a sink, a separate toilet and the main living room with a kitchen, a large table, a fireplace and a sofa bed for up to 3 people. From this room there is a direct entrance to the terrace with outdoor seating. Apartment in the attic (up to 9 people): You enter the attic through a private entrance with a hall under the stairs. In the living attic there are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a toilet. The larger bedroom for 5 people is equipped with a double bed with high-quality mattresses, a sofa bed and 1 single bed. There is also a dining table with chairs and a TV. In the smaller bedroom for 4 people with a double bed and a bunk bed there is a cot with bedding, a TV and a library with books for children and adults. Living hall above the stairs with a smaller dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave. Separate bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, dryer and toilet. The heating of the entire building is central and the building can be used all year round. The ground floor is heated by underfloor heating with the possibility of additional heating with a wood-burning fireplace and the attic is heated by radiators. There is underfloor heating in the bathrooms even in the summer. The place is ideal for cyclists, fishermen and mushroom pickers. The surrounding forests are diverse and the Nežárka River is literally under the windows. Access to the water is via stairs directly from the enclosed garden. Of course, there is outdoor seating and a grill, which you can use both in nice weather on the large terrace above the river and in rain under the roofed porch. Parking at the property. Bike racks in a lockable barn. The surroundings are lined with extensive forests full of mushrooms and forest fruits and even without a car you will be able to enjoy the picturesque nature on the border of Třeboňsko and Czech Canada. If you enjoy cycling, hiking, swimming, exploring monuments and beautiful cities, mushroom picking, fishing or just wandering around the area, you will not be disappointed.
