Cottage by the water mill - located near the highest peak of Devět skal in the Žďárské vrchy Protected Landscape Area. The cottage is part of the water mill complex, whose history dates back to the 15th century, and a small hydroelectric power plant is still operational there - there is a possibility of natural swimming right next to the cottage. The cottage can accommodate up to 13 people in 3 bedrooms. DESCRIPTION: Access to the property is via external stairs via a roofed porch (terrace) with an outdoor seating area, from which you enter the interior of the cottage. The entrance hallway has hangers and a sink. The spacious living room with vaulted ceilings is equipped with a dining and kitchenette, a fireplace insert and 2 sofa beds (both sofas offer full sleeping space for 2 people). There is direct access from the living room to the roofed porch (terrace). Another space on the ground floor is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. A high chair is available for small children, and a travel cot and a bath tub are available on request. From the entrance hall, stairs lead to the attic, where there are 3 separate bedrooms, a second bathroom (shower, sink) and a separate toilet. The layout of the beds in the bedrooms is as follows: 1. with a double bed, 2. with a double bed and 3. with 2 double beds and a sofa bed for 1 person, with the possibility of adding 1 additional sleeping place. The kitchenette has a ceramic hob (4 cooking units), electric oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, capsule coffee maker (Tchibo), toaster and electric kettle. WIFI is available in the living room. In the basement of the cottage under the porch (terrace) there is a cellar suitable for storing bicycles and skis. The cottage is located on an unfenced plot, where guests can use a fireplace and a portable grill. Sanitary facilities - The cottage has 2 toilets and 2 showers. Heating - The property is heated by electric underfloor heating and a fireplace insert in the living room. The property has a paved parking area for 3 cars and a grassy area for any additional cars. NOTE: The cottage is located near the Svratka River, from which a watercourse (up to 1.5m deep) leads to the cottage (to the mill). ATTENTION! The watercourse is free to enter, there is no railing, fence or playpen. Therefore, caution should be taken when moving children!!! The power plant staff may occasionally come to the mill area to clean and maintain the watercourse.
