Cottage with wellness and swimming pool in the beautiful nature of the Žďárské vrchy Protected Area, located near the popular tourist destinations of the Vysočina Mountains - Devět skal and the ruins of Štarkov Castle. Wellness - whirlpool, massage chair, infrared sauna and outdoor heated pool with salt water. A home for relaxation and development, where you can breathe nature, create memories and find inspiration. The comfortably equipped cottage can accommodate up to 22 people in 6 bedrooms. The stay is suitable for family, as well as teambuilding events and meetings. There are a total of 2 double bedrooms (double bed), 3 four-bed bedrooms (double bed and bunk bed) and 1 six-bed bedroom (two double beds and two single beds). You can look forward to comfortable beds with high mattresses and extra-long blankets. A cot and high chair are available for rent. All bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels, bath towels and a washing machine are available. For social moments, there is a spacious common room on the ground floor - a beautiful fireplace, TV with a choice of 60 channels, dining table, chess table, library and a chest with toys for children. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker with great coffee and chocolate, American fridge with ice maker and crushed ice, 2x induction hob, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, mugs, glasses, cutlery, plates, bowls, pans and pots). There is also a filter for drinking osmotic water, which comes from its own drilled well. You can relax in the wellness room with an infrared sauna, massage chair and shower or outside in the jacuzzi located under the roof. For moments of fun, there is a games room - Air hockey, table football, Catch the light, darts, a vending machine for drinks and snacks and a TV with the option of playing your own films. For an additional fee (e.g. for teambuilding or other courses), you can use the multi-purpose air-conditioned room on the 2nd floor, equipped with a projector and a projection screen. WIFI internet access is available throughout the building. Heating is provided by a fireplace and electric heating. Air conditioning is available. For outdoor seating, you can use the garden and terrace with a grill, smokehouse and fireplace. You will also enjoy the spacious outdoor heated saltwater pool, which is open from the beginning of May to the end of October. For skiers and snowboarders, there is a ski room with ski boot and glove dryers, and for cyclists and bikers, there is a lockable, covered and monitored parking space. Parking is available directly at the building. In the vicinity of the cottage there are opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing. Tennis courts are 100 m away. Swimming options include: Domanínský pond, Dalečín pond, Milovský pond, Skalský pond, Polička swimming pool and swimming pool, Nové Město na Moravě natural swimming pool and city spa, Bystřice nad Perštejnem swimming pool, etc. Opposite the cottage, approximately 200 m away, lies the Nový Jimramov ski resort with an extensive snow park and the possibility of skicross skiing. There are also other ski resorts nearby: Dalečín ski resort, Telecí, Karasín, Svratka and others. The surrounding area is attractive for trips to Jimramov Castle, the town of Polička (birthplace of Bohuslav Martinů, ramparts, etc.), Žďár nad Sázavou (Zelená Hora - UNESCO site, castle, museums), the western town of Šiklův Mlýn, the Haunted House for Children in Dolní Rožínka, the Nové Město na Moravě Castle, Toulovcovy Maštale, the Moravská Třebová Castle, the Hlinecko microregion with the well-known traditional rural buildings on Veselý Kopec and the golf course, the Svojanov Castle or the historical center of the city of Litomyšl.
