A newly built cottage with an indoor pool is located in the small village of Víska in the district of Strakonice. Location near the town of Kašperské Hory and NP Šumava. There are forests in the area, the big advantage of this accommodation is a very quiet location, without disturbing influences, almost without neighbors. The capacity of the cottage is up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms. DESCRIPTION: At the entrance to the cottage there is an entrance hall, a ski room and a bike room, as well as a large common room divided by the kitchen into 2 zones = billiards, foosball + TV and relaxation area. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and other small common appliances. On the ground floor there is also a toilet with a sink, a washing machine and a dryer. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 2 sinks, shower, bathtub. Bedroom 4x 2 beds, 2x extra bed and 2 cots. Equipment for children and toys (children's chair, potty, stool...). Each bedroom has a walk-in closet. ATTENTION: part of the cottage is an indoor swimming pool, which is not yet finished - therefore this part of the building is inaccessible and the back part of the plot will also be modified. Outside the cottage is a large yard, where a round above-ground pool (diameter 3.66 m) is available during the summer. In addition, a pergola with a grill and a fireplace, there is a beer cooler. The children's playground is being completed. Covered parking for 2 cars, additional parking on the property. The cottage is located approximately 8 km from the Šumava town of Vacov, which is renowned for its excellent bakery (NoVy Vacov) and meat products (U Švehlů butcher shop). Nearby is also the Javorník observation tower at an altitude of 1,066 m.a.s.l., when you visit it you can enjoy views of practically the entire Šumava. On the way you can visit the rotunda of St. Antonina. Other attractions nearby: Kašperk Castle, Strašínská jeskyně, Sedlo lookout tower (902 m.a.s.l.), Nezdice museum in Šumava, Modrava, Kvilda, Horská Kvilda, Čeňkova pila, Vydra river, etc. You can also visit historical towns such as Kašperské Hory, Sušice , Vimperk, Strakonice or Horažďovice.
