The Pazderna Cottage is located on the very quiet outskirts of the village of Nezdice in the Šumava Mountains, near the towns of Kašperské Hory and Sušice. You can look forward to a pleasant stay in semi-seclusion by the forest, where you can pick mushrooms and blueberries or refresh yourself in the Nezdický stream. You will also enjoy an above-ground pool with a diameter of 4.5 m with solar heating, an outdoor covered seating area with a stone fireplace and a smokehouse, or a barn with a games room. The Pazderna Cottage offers accommodation for 20 people in four bedrooms. The interior of the cottage consists of two fully equipped floors. Each floor has a common room with a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with 5 beds (2 single beds, 1 bunk bed with a lower bed 120 cm wide and an upper bed 90 cm wide and a travel cot) and 1 bedroom with 6 beds (1 wooden bed, 1 bunk bed with a lower bed 120 cm wide and an upper bed 90 cm wide and 2 extra beds in the form of a sofa bed). On the first floor there is 1 bedroom with 5 beds (1 double bed, 1 bunk bed and 1 extra bed in the form of a sofa bed) and 1 bedroom with 4 beds (4 single beds). All bedrooms have a wardrobe and a bedside table. Pleasant moments can be spent in the common rooms, where there is a large dining table for 8 people, a high chair for children, a sofa by the fireplace, SMART TV with internet, satellite, mini-tower with CD and board games. Both rooms include a fully equipped kitchen (kitchen unit including corner sink, hot and cold water, hob with multi-function oven, dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, hand blender and plenty of dishes). WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. The sanitary facilities include one ground floor bathroom with two sinks with a large mirror, a wall-mounted shower, toilet, hairdryer and washing machine and one bathroom upstairs with a sink with a mirror, shower, toilet and infrared sauna. There are also two separate toilets. Heating is provided by central heating with radiators connected to an electric boiler (separate thermostat and separate heating circuit). There is underfloor heating in the living rooms and bathrooms. There is also the possibility of heating in the fireplace stoves in the common rooms. Outside, you can sit on the roofed terrace with a stone fireplace and smokehouse. There is also a gas grill and fireplace. In the grassy garden, you can enjoy an above-ground pool with a diameter of 4.5m with solar heating. The newly renovated barn includes additional seating, a refrigerator with a sink, table tennis and table football, darts, a trampoline and a children's corner. In the garden, children can also enjoy swings, a sandbox and a slide. Parking is available directly at the property. There are 4 parking spaces. In the vicinity of the property, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing. There is also a riding stable nearby. Swimming options include: Úbislavický pond, Rohanov swimming pool, Sušice swimming pool, Aquapark Sušice, Zdíkovec pond, Čimické jezírko quarry, Hartmanice swimming pool, Mléčná Dráha - Račov swimming pool, Petrovice u Sušice swimming pool, etc. Nearby ski resorts are available: Kašperské Hory and Javorník. Trips in the area include Kašperk and Rábí castles, the ruins of the Pustý Hrádek bastion, the Na Sedle lookout tower, the Klostermann lookout tower, Offpark Sušice and the Šumava Museum Sušice or the Museum of Historical Motorcycles in Kašperské Hory.
