The cottage can accommodate up to 16 people in 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find: 1x four-bed bedroom (1x double bed, 2x single bed). On the first floor there are: 1x four-bed bedroom (1x double bed, 2x single bed), 1x three-bed bedroom (1x double bed, 1x single bed), 1x double bedroom (1x double bed) and 1x three-bed bedroom (1x double bed, 1x single bed) with private bathroom. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (2x refrigerator, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, espresso coffee maker and dishes) with a dining area, which is connected to a common room with a comfortable sofa and a large smart TV. You will certainly appreciate the wellness room with a jacuzzi (max. 5 people) and an infrared sauna. The social facilities consist of one bathroom with a shower and toilet on the ground floor and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two bathrooms with a shower and toilet and one private bathroom. There is also a washing machine and hairdryer. The heating of the building is solved by a radiator in each room. The building has free WI-FI internet connection. The cottage is surrounded by a fenced garden with parking directly at the building (max. 10 cars). The garden includes a terrace with outdoor seating, an outdoor pool with sun loungers, a grill and a trampoline. In the vicinity of the property there are opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, skiing, cross-country skiing, fishing or mushroom picking. Swimming options include: Rohanov swimming pool, Čimické jezírko quarry, Úbislavický pond or Zdíkovec pond. In winter, nearby ski resorts are an advantage, for example: Javorník ski resort, Kašperské Hory ski resort, Zadov ski resort and Hartmanice ski resort.
