Mountain chalet in the picturesque Šumava region near the town of Kašperské Hory in the village of Nicov with a romantic surrounding landscape. In the vicinity of the towns of Stachy, Zadov and Vimperk. The chalet can be rented as a whole with a capacity of 18 people or each room/apartment separately. You can stay in five fully equipped accommodation units. Each accommodation unit is equipped with its own bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet and a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, fridge, freezer, two-burner stove, microwave and kettle). On the ground floor there are two double rooms, one of which also allows accommodation for disabled guests. The attic offers two five-bed apartments and one four-bed apartment. Each is equipped with a separate bunk bed sleeping floor (in the gable of the chalet). Apartment no. 5 also has a terrace. Each accommodation floor has a common area. The lower common room allows for various training sessions, meetings, lectures or refreshments during celebrations. The upper common room allows for gatherings outside the apartments. The building is heated by underfloor heating. Direct heating is available in AP 3, 4 and 5 for an additional fee. Wi-Fi access and the possibility of storing bicycles and skis in a separate lockable storage room are available. Parking directly in front of the building. There is an outdoor seating area at the cottage. In the area you can go hiking, cycling, mushroom picking, skiing or cross-country skiing. Swimming options: swimming pool Luh u Sušice, swimming pool Vimperk, swimming pool Kvilda, swimming pool Hartmanice. In winter, the proximity of cross-country skiing trails and ski areas Javorník and Zadov-Churáňov is an advantage. Zadov-Churáňov is one of the most famous cross-country skiing centers in the Czech Republic. Tips for trips: nearby Královský kámen, Klostermann's lookout tower, Kašperk Castle, lookout tower on the Sedlo, Rabí Castle, Vimperk Chateau, Velhartice Castle, the town of Kašperské Mountains, Sklařská Huť, Firefighter Museum Stachy, Kvilda, and Modrava.
