Chalupy na Panské is located in the protected town of Jimramov in the Vysočina region, which lies at the confluence of the Svratka and Fryšávka rivers in the Žďárské vrchy Protected Area and at the same time in the Svratecká hornatina Nature Park. The surrounding landscape is picturesque and full of interesting natural formations and beautiful views. Jimramov is known for its historical atmosphere and is an ideal base for hiking and cycling trips. Chalupy na Panské offers accommodation for 12 people in two separately rented cottages - Small cottage (4 people, 2x 2-bed bedrooms) with a hot tub or Large cottage (8 people, 4x double bedrooms) with a sauna. By arrangement, both cottages can be rented as a whole. Although the cottages are part of a semi-detached house, each has a separate entrance from the street and its own garden. The privacy of the guests of each property is ensured. Both cottages have been sensitively renovated to combine the charm of tradition and modern comfort. The historic part has preserved the original stone walls and larch casement windows. The interior of the cottages is full of wood and other natural materials. Both cottages are entered through stylish old oak doors and on the ground floor there is a common room in the style of the original living room with a tiled fireplace. There is a vestibule with storage space. The Large Cottage also has a utility room and a pantry with a refrigerator and shelves for storing food. The Small Cottage has a dining table and kitchen in the living room. The living room with a view of the garden and forest is located upstairs. There is a Smart TV. The Large Cottage has a dining area, kitchen and living room with a sofa. The bedrooms are located upstairs in both cottages. Both cottages have a fully equipped kitchen - refrigerator, induction hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine including capsules. The sanitary facilities in both buildings include one separate toilet on the ground floor and one bathroom and a separate toilet on the first floor. The Small cottage has a bathtub in the bathroom and the Large cottage has a shower and another shower by the sauna, a washing machine and a dryer. Heating is provided by underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the first floor. Heating is provided by a heat pump. For a more pleasant atmosphere, you can light a tiled fireplace in the rooms. Both buildings have WIFI internet access. Outside, you can sit in the garden with a terrace and a fireplace at each cottage. There is a charcoal grill or Weber briquettes and 1 pack of briquettes. At the Large cottage, there is also an outdoor courtyard for sitting and a shed and woodshed are available. Relaxation at the Small Cottage is provided by a hot tub that can be used almost all year round (except during periods of extreme frost) and at the Large Cottage there is a sauna with a metal cooling tub. The gardens of the cottages directly adjoin the forest, which you can comfortably enter through the back gate. Opposite the cottages there is a football pitch, tennis and volleyball/football courts and about 100 metres from the property there is also a municipal playground. The historic centre of the town of Jimramov has picturesque architecture, including churches and a square, which is protected as a heritage zone. You will find the birthplace of the writer Jan Karafiát (the book The Beetles). In the vicinity of the property there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, cross-country skiing and skiing. There is also a riding stable nearby. Swimming options include: Polička swimming pool, Dalečín pond, Skalský pond, Zuberský pond, Polička swimming pool, Milovský pond, Domanínský pond, Medlovský pond, Kyšperský pond, Borová forest swimming pool, Borová swimming pool, etc. Nearby ski resorts are available: Jimramov, Sedliště, Dalečín and others.
