Luxuriously equipped Wellness cottage - outdoor saltwater pool, Finnish sauna and outdoor whirlpool with jacuzzi is located in the village of Libeč u Trutnov, in the beautiful countryside of the Giant Mountains and the Broumovsko Protected Area. Ideal accommodation for families with children or a group of friends. The cottage is spacious and no one will be bored here. Someone will relax in the outdoor wellness, athletes will use the fitness, children will spend their days in the luxuriously equipped games room or outside on the playground, and the fireplace in the living room or outdoor barbecue on the spacious terrace will make your time together more enjoyable. The cottage provides accommodation for up to 16 people, there are 5 separate rooms available. On the first floor there are 4 four-bed rooms (1 double bed + 2 single beds). Two of the rooms are duplex with stairs to the common attic, which is also habitable. The fifth room is on the ground floor and serves mainly as a playroom for children. It also has a sofa bed (160x200) and can be used as a guest room by arrangement. All five rooms have a separate bathroom with toilet, where towels, bath towels, a hairdryer and sheets for sauna use are available. Furthermore, the rooms have desks, monitors (also used as TVs) with keyboards. Children can relax in the lowered attic, which is equipped with mattresses and toys. For children, there are also 3 children's folding beds, 2 dining chairs, a bathtub, potties and steps under the sink, as well as a protective door in front of the main staircase. You can spend time together in the spacious common room with a large sofa with a fireplace and TV. The room is connected to an outdoor terrace. The common room includes a large dining table for 16 people and a fully equipped kitchen (2 refrigerators, a larger pantry for storing food for the whole week, two coffee machines for coffee beans and larger Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsules, a tea kettle, a toaster, a smoothie blender, an induction hob with 6 burners, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and an ice maker). The kitchen has a small bar with a built-in tap, a wine cellar and a cocktail cabinet. Who doesn't love to play! Inside, you can enjoy yourself in a separate room with a children's multifunctional game table with foosball, billiards, air hockey, ping-pong (37 games) and board games. There is also a swing for the little ones. For the older ones, there is a car track, Xbox, Kinect (full-body game control), a game steering wheel with a racing seat, games such as Forza Horizon 5 and others. For adults, there is a poker table for 10 people. WIFi internet connection throughout the building. Outside, you can sit on a spacious terrace with a dining table for 12 people, with 6 sun loungers, an outdoor couch and parasols. Part of the terrace is sliding and serves to cover the pool. There is an attached grill bar with two Weber and Green Egg grills with seating by the terrace. There is also an open fireplace with seating, where you can grill sausages or roast a ham or a suckling pig on an electric grill. In the spacious garden, you can completely relax in the middle of nature. There is an outdoor saltwater pool, an outdoor Finnish sauna for 6 people and an outdoor hot tub for 4 people with a wood-heated jacuzzi. You can do sports in the outdoor fitness area with dumbbells, a horizontal bar and a positioning bench. Children can enjoy a sunken trampoline, a playground and an outdoor tent outside. There is a garage serving as a bicycle storage room with bicycle racks or as a ski storage room. A vacuum cleaner for cleaning bicycles and fitness equipment is available for rent. Parking is available directly at the property. In the vicinity of the cottage, there are opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, skiing, skating, sledding and cross-country skiing. The Mladé Buky Golf Club and tennis courts in Trutnov are also nearby. Water sports such as paddleboarding, megaboarding and kayaking can be found at Dolce Camp. You can swim in the indoor swimming pool in Trutnov. Cyclists can go on the Trutnov trails - a network of one-way terrain trails for mountain bikes around Trutnov in the Čížkovy kameny and Jestřebí Mountains areas. In winter, nearby ski resorts include: Petříkovice, Prkenný důl, Mladé Buky, Černá hora, etc. For cross-country skiing, the Trutnov City Forest Park (length 12 km) is suitable. Safari Park Dvůr Králové, the Krkonoše Treetop Trail, the Adršpach Rock Town or Grandma's Valley and others are also attractive for trips. We look forward to seeing you there.
