Come to relax in a nice and cozy cabin by the forest, behind Karlovice village, 4 km from Vrbno pod Pradědem and 15 km from Karlova Studánka spa in the Jeseníky Mountains. The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 6 persons in 3 bedrooms. Inside there are 3 rooms, two on the first floor, one on the ground floor. The first room, on the ground floor, is a single room. The upstairs room is a double and the largest triple room. The entire interior is dominated by a spacious living room with a beautiful fireplace connected with a small but equipped kitchenette. Equipped kitchen includes: electric stove, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, deep fryer, toaster and last but not least, all the equipment needed for dining and cooking. The sanitary facility is located on the ground floor, it consists of a shower and toilet. The cottage is heated either electrically or by a fireplace. Free parking at the property. The building is situated on the southern slope, above the Opava river, at an altitude of 580 m above sea level. The land is partly fenced. On the plot there is fireplace with sitting, garden furniture, umbrella, electric grill. In the basement of the cottage we find table tennis. Nearby are cycling, hiking and cross-country skiing tracks. The ski lift is about 10 minutes away from the cottage, in Vrbno pod Pradědem, where there is a bobsleigh ski area and a ski school for the little ones. Another possibility of skiing is in Ludvík, about 10 km from the cottage. In summer there is a possibility of swimming right in the river Opava, about 400 m from the cottage. Possibility of fishing, both on the Opava River, which is near the accommodation, on the ponds in the vicinity of Vrbno pod Pradědem or on the breathtaking Silesian Chart. Another option is fishing in Munich, where you can borrow a rod for a fee, catch a fish and possibly eat or have it up and take it with you.
