The forest villa is located in a secluded area near the village of Staré Město pod Landštejnem - Pomezí in the Česká Kanada nature park, approximately 1 km from the ruins of the Landštejna castle. You can look forward to a beautiful, peaceful environment, made up of deep forests and ponds and with trails suitable for hiking or cycling and cross-country skiing in winter. During your stay, you can relax in the sauna or steam room or in the solar-heated swimming pool. The forest villa offers accommodation for 38 people in 4 separate apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom. The first three apartments are located in the villa and the fourth apartment in the annex, 10 m from the back of the villa. The building can be rented as a whole or each apartment separately. The accommodation is also suitable for company teambuildings, weddings and other social events. DESCRIPTION: APARTMENT A - The largest two-story apartment with a balcony and a beautiful view has a capacity for 10 people. The entrance is from the hall, from the meadow and from the balcony. The ground floor of the apartment, including the bathroom and toilet, is wheelchair accessible. There are two double bedrooms (2 x single beds) and one triple bedroom (3 x single beds). There are also 3 extra beds available with folding sofas in the living room. The apartment includes a large common room with a kitchen and a seating area with tables and chairs for 28 people. The apartment will be beautifully warmed by the fireplace stove. APARTMENT B - A comfortable, generous apartment with a balcony and a wonderful view has a capacity for 12 people. The apartment is located on the first floor above apartment A. Access is via the stairs from the hall. There is a four-bed bedroom (3x single bed and 1x extra bed with a folding sofa), a double bedroom (2x single bed) and a six-bed bedroom located in the attic at the top with 6 mattresses. The bedroom is accessed via the miller's stairs and due to its location and equipment is more suitable for teenagers. The apartment also includes a common room with a kitchen, a dining table with chairs for 12 people and a sofa bed (an additional bed can be arranged by arrangement), a covered terrace, a shower and a toilet with a sink. APARTMENT C - Three-story apartment with its own entrance, fireplace and its own covered veranda has capacity for 12 people. There are two triple bedrooms (3 x single beds) on the first floor and one four-bed bedroom in the attic with 4 mattresses for teenagers. Steep ladder steps lead to the attic. On the ground floor there is a common room with a kitchen, a dining table for 8 people and two sofa beds (2x extra bed), a shower with toilet and a lockable covered terrace with seating. APARTMENT E - The apartment located in the adjacent building has a capacity for 4 people. The entrance to the apartment is private. Upstairs there is one spacious room with 3 single beds and 1 sofa that can be folded into a bed and a dining table. Downstairs is a kitchenette, shower and toilet. The apartment on the ground floor is joined by a multifunctional room, which is separated from the apartment by a partition wall and has its own entrance. If the room is not rented, it can be used as another common room for sitting or playing ping pong or as a bicycle storage room. The apartment has its own outdoor sitting area. The first three apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with grill, glass-ceramic induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and kettle and coffee maker). Apartment E has a small kitchen (fridge, freezer, stove, microwave and kettle). There is a well with its own drinking water. All apartments have a TV with recording. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. Social facilities include a total of 6 showers, 6 toilets. 1 steam box with a massage shower and an infrared sauna for 2 people and a Finnish sauna for 8 people are used for relaxation. The bathroom next to the sauna can also be used by wheelchair users. A washing machine and dryer are available for all guests. Heating is provided by underfloor heating, electric radiators, fireplaces and stoves with hot air distribution to all apartments, sauna and bathroom. There is an electric stove in the sauna. There is also very quiet air conditioning with a heat pump, which conveniently heats and cools in the summer. Outside there is a large party tent with several dining tables and chairs, grills and a fire pit with seating. Children will have fun on the children's playground. All accommodation can use the outdoor swimming pool with solar heating. Upon agreement, the lower part of the adjacent building can be rented as a storage room for bikes and skis or for playing ping-pong or charging an electric car here. You can park right next to the building. In the vicinity of the villa, hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, cross-country skiing and skiing are possible. Nearby is a golf course, private fishing pond, tennis courts, riding stables, rope parks, shooting range and border fortifications with many accessible bunkers.
