A generous cottage with a sauna and an outdoor pool is located near the village Staré Město pod Landštejnem - Pomezí in a private clearing among trees. Nearby is the Landštejn Castle Ruins. You can look forward to a beautiful, peaceful environment, made up of deep forests, many ponds and trails suitable for hiking or cycling. The generous cottage offers accommodation for 29 people in 8 bedrooms. The accommodation is suitable for weddings, celebrations and team building. There are a total of 4 double bedrooms (2 single beds and 2 double beds), 1 four-bed bedroom (4 x single beds, can be combined into double beds), 1 x four-bed bedroom in the wellness area (2 x fold-out single beds), an attic room with eight mattresses suitable for teenagers and a part in the living room (1x bunk bed and 3x sofa bed). Additional beds available upon request. All beds are comfortable with viscoelastic medical mattresses. The cottage is very comfortably equipped. The common room, kitchen, corridor, entrance to the terrace and some ground floor bedrooms are wheelchair accessible. The cottage is dominated by a large common room with tables and chairs for up to 28 people, a TV and a fireplace. If necessary, the room and tables can be extended into another room. The common room is followed by a living area designed for comfort during the day and in the evening as another room for sleeping. The cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen (stove with steam oven, grill and large glass-ceramic induction hob, second mobile induction double hotplate, coffee maker, blender, food processor, dishwasher, 2x fridge, freezer and microwave oven). There is a large el. boiler and own well with drinking water. On the lower floor there is a wellness room with a sauna for up to 6 people and a shower. This multifunctional room is beautifully paneled in wood. It serves for relaxation or can be used as a spare bedroom. The floor in the room is well insulated and water resistant. There is a large wardrobe in the entrance hall. Steep stairs lead to the attic. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. All doors are sound and heat insulating. The social facilities include a total of 5 showers and toilets. One of the bathrooms in the common room is wheelchair accessible. There is also an outdoor shower and toilet for the pool. A washing machine and dryer can be used. Heating is provided by two high efficiency wood burning stoves, electric underfloor heating in the lounge and lounge and portable electric oil radiators in each room. Very good insulation and LED lights guarantee low energy consumption. Outside, guests can spend time together on the covered outdoor terrace, which stretches the entire length of the house. There is an outdoor grill and an electric table grill. You can also sit by the fireplace. In warm weather, the outdoor pool cools off. Children can enjoy the playground. Ping pong is used for entertainment. You can park right next to the building, there is a covered parking space for 2 cars or bikes. In the surroundings of the cottage, hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, cross-country skiing and skiing are possible. Nearby is a golf course, private fishing pond, tennis courts, riding stables, rope parks, shooting range and border fortifications with many accessible bunkers.
