This holiday cottage near the villages of Karlovy Dvory and Černá v Pošumaví is situated by Lake Lipno in South Bohemia. It accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms: two double rooms and one quadruple room. There are 2 stylish bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. The cottage also features a living room with a TV (including Netflix) and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table for 8 people (including a dishwasher, induction cooktop, and a microwave with a grill function). The property is heated via underfloor heating and infrared panels, with the option to use a wood-burning stove. Parking is available directly at the cottage, with space for 3 vehicles. The cottage is located 200 meters from the Lipno Reservoir and 50 meters from a cycling trail within the Šumava Protected Landscape Area. This popular destination is frequently visited by tourists and offers plenty for cyclists, hikers, and anglers alike. The cottage sits on a 600 m² plot, enclosed by a natural hedge. The sunny, grassy grounds feature mature trees that provide natural shade during the summer. Guests can relax on a spacious terrace, accessible directly from the kitchen; a Weber grill is also provided. The spacious grounds offer plenty of activities for children (swings, a sandbox, soccer goals, and a trampoline). A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. In the surrounding area, we recommend visiting: the Schwarzenberg Navigation Canal, the beach at Horní Planá, a boat trip with Lipno-Line, the Ošina Nature Trail, the Bear Trail (Medvědí stezka), the heritage village of Dobrá na Šumavě, the Treetop Walkway, and Windy Point—a unique spot on Lake Lipno with a seaside summer vibe (featuring a beach, cocktail bar, bistro, and a rich cultural program in Černá v Pošumaví). You can also enjoy the open-air cinemas in Černá v Pošumaví and Horní Planá, or the aquapark at the Wellness Hotel Frymburk. We look forward to welcoming you!
