Šumava cottage in the immediate vicinity of the Lipno dam - separate rooms and apartments, sauna, mini-farm, children's playroom and playground. Beautiful surrounding nature, hiking, swimming, fishing and water sports. The cottage includes a restaurant with breakfast, dinner and half board. The capacity of the building is for up to 50 people in 12 separately rented accommodation units - 10x rooms for 1 to 5 people and 2x apartments for 7 to 8 people. There are a total of: 1x single room (single bed and sofa bed), 2x double rooms (two single beds), 3x triple rooms (three single beds), 4x quadruple rooms with an extra bed (double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed), 1x six-bed apartment with an extra bed - three double bedrooms (two double beds and two single beds) and a sofa bed in the living room and 1x six-bed apartment - two triple bedrooms (two double beds and two single beds) and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. All accommodation units have comfortable beds, a TV and a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and toilet. Clean bed linen and towels are provided. Apartment 12 also has a fully equipped kitchenette (electric stove, microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer and dining area). WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. Heating is provided by radiators. All accommodation can spend pleasant moments in a spacious restaurant with several dining tables and a bar. In the restaurant you can enjoy breakfasts included in the price of your stay or dinners with delicious ingredients from local farmers can be arranged and you can taste traditional Šumava recipes. Children will appreciate the large spacious 40 m² playroom with lots of toys, interactive elements, table hockey, a large table and chairs, also suitable for organizing children's birthday parties. For relaxation, there is a library and a wellness room with a sauna. Outside, you can sit on the outdoor terrace. Parking is available directly at the property. There are 20 parking spaces. The recreational area is fenced. In the area there are opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, water sports, fishing, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing. There are tennis courts, a riding stable and bowling nearby. Swimming options include: Lipno Reservoir, Olšina Pond, Frymburk Aquapark, Lipno Aquapark, Větřní Swimming Pool, etc. Nearby ski resorts include: Hochficht / Smrčina, Frymburk, Lipno and others. For trips in the area, you can visit Adventure Park Lipno, the Lipno Treetop Walk, sightseeing boat cruises on the dam, the Lipno nad Vltavou Rope Park, the Dobrá Voda and Horní Planá Lookout Towers, the Olšina Nature Trail or the Český Krumlov Castle.
