Ideal location for vacation, swimming, fishing and trips (Červená Řečice Castle, Trnávka dam, Humpolec city center, etc.). The capacity of the object is for 5 people. There is 1x four-bed open bedroom on the raised floor (1 x extra large double bed and 2x single beds) and 1x extra bed in the form of a sofa bed in the living area. A cot is available for rent. On the ground floor of the chalet, you can spend pleasant moments in a spacious common room with a fireplace, sofa, dining area and fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, capsule coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle). The entire room is illuminated by panoramic windows with a stunning view of the forest and the water surface. The sanitary facilities include one bathroom with a shower and toilet. Heating is provided by electric heating and a fireplace. Bedding and towels are provided. You can sit outside on the covered terrace or by the fireplace. There is a grill. During your stay, you can rent a dinghy for free and enjoy the surrounding nature from the water surface. Parking is available directly at the property. In the vicinity of the cottage, there are opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing. There are also tennis courts, a riding school, a rope park, bowling and wellness nearby. Swimming options include: Sedlice Dam, Vřesník Dam, Trnávka Dam, Žabák Humpolec Swimming Pool, Plačkovský Pond Pařezáč, Pelhřimov Swimming Pool, etc. Nearby ski resorts include: Křemešník, Melechov, Čeřínek and others. For trips in the surrounding area, Humpolec (Bernard brewery and Zichpil open-air museum), the ruins of Orlík, Pelhřimov - (Museum of Records and Curiosities and a chateau), the ruins of Lipnice nad Sázavou castle, Světlá nad Sázavou Chateau or Jihlava ZOO are attractive.
