The wellness cottage is located on the edge of the village of Police u Jemnice in the Vysočina region, in the picturesque Housenec valley. You can look forward to a heated barrel, a Finnish sauna and a swimming pool, which will make your stay more enjoyable and ensure perfect relaxation in the middle of nature. The cottage offers accommodation for 8 people in two separate bedrooms and an open attic room. In the first bedroom you will find one double bed and a single bed. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and one single bed. In the attic room, which is accessed by a steeper staircase, there is a double bed and a seating area with a view of the surrounding nature. For social moments, there is a living room on the ground floor with a comfortable sofa, coffee table and Smart TV (Netflix and Voyo services). In the cottage you will find a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric kettle and dishes) connected to the dining area. Only tap water is available in the accommodation. Drinking water is provided in sufficient quantities in water packages. The sanitary facilities include a bathroom with a shower and a sink and a separate toilet. There is a children's corner for children. Heating is provided by an electric boiler. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property. The cottage is surrounded by a fenced garden with a partially grassed area. You can spend your free time in a cozy roofed pergola with seating and a grill with a smokehouse. You can relax in a heated barrel with massage jets, a Finnish sauna with an electric stove and a cooling tub or in a swimming pool with adjustable heating. The little ones will appreciate the children's playground with a sandbox and a slide. Parking is available directly at the property. In the winter months, we recommend snow chains. Hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking and fishing are possible in the area around the cottage. There are tennis courts, a riding stable and a playground nearby. Swimming options include: Bítovská zátoka, Biotope Jemnice, Nimpšov swimming pool, Hrachovec pond, Dolní Modletický pond, Vranovská dam, Plichťák dam, Moravské Budějovice swimming pool, etc. Trips in the surrounding area are attractive: Police Castle, Jemnice with a beautiful square, the historic town of Telč, Stanovice, Valtínov lookout tower located in Czech Canada, Bítov Zoo, Vranovská dam or Podyjí NP. Staying at the cottage is also attractive in winter, when a traditional Christmas Eve sheep parade takes place in Police, in which people ring bells, sing carols and then punch, svařák and tea.
