Statek Hájek provides accommodation in a cozy, renovated cottage in a country style, surrounded by the Šumava nature. The quiet environment in semi-seclusion is ideal for families, relaxation and active holidays. The farm includes a riding club, where you can arrange horse riding lessons or rides through the surrounding countryside. Statek Hájek (cottage + separate apartment) offers accommodation for up to 16 people (12+4 people). COTTAGE: The cottage has a capacity of 12 beds. Entering the main entrance you will reach the floor, where there is a spacious 4-bed bedroom (1x double bed, 2x single beds). A cot is available. On the ground floor of the cottage you will find a fully equipped kitchen (stove with ceramic hob, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and dishes) and a dining room with a large dining table. The dining room has 2 more beds in the form of a double bed. There is also a living room with a comfortable couch, a relaxing lounger, a TV, a fireplace and a bed for 1 person. The sanitary facilities include a bathroom with a toilet, a sink and a bathtub. The entire building is heated by an electric boiler, oil radiators and a fireplace stove. The building has Wi-Fi internet access. The second entrance from the closable inner courtyard takes you to the floor, where there is a 2-bed and 3-bed bedroom (the beds can be separated or connected as a double bed). From the inner courtyard there is also an entrance to the second (outdoor) bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and dryer. The cottage is adjacent to a beautiful well-kept garden (direct access to the garden also from the living room) with outdoor seating, a garden swing and a fireplace. The little ones will appreciate their own playground with a slide and swings. There is also a lockable courtyard with a covered outdoor seating area, a small children's corner (sandpit, swing, playhouse) and table tennis. Possibility of storing bicycles/skis. Parking is possible directly in the courtyard of the farm. APARTMENT: As an additional accommodation option, Statek Hájek offers accommodation in a smaller separate apartment, which is located on the floor above the garage (possibility of storing bicycles). The apartment has 4 beds (1x double bed, 1x bunk bed). There is an equipped kitchen (fridge with small freezer, stove with oven, electric kettle and basic dishes). The sanitary facilities include a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Heating is provided by an electric boiler and radiators. The apartment does not have its own garden, it is more suitable for accommodation on business trips, for cyclists, etc. There is only a small outdoor seating area in the outer courtyard of the farm. The apartment is located in a separate part of the farm with its own entrance, so it can be used completely independently of the rest of the cottage. In the vicinity of the cottage, there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, skiing, skating, cross-country skiing and horseback riding. Possibility of using the nearby tennis courts in Volyně. Swimming options include, for example: Nišovický pond, Volyně swimming pool, Rohanov swimming pool, Skály swimming pool, Vlachovo Březí swimming pool, Mutěnice weir, Svatá Maří swimming pool, Strakonice swimming pool, Strakonice swimming pool or Rozboud pond. In winter, the nearby ski resorts are an advantage, for example: Zadov Ski Resort, Churáňov Ski Resort or Javorník Ski Resort. For cross-country skiing enthusiasts, there are groomed trails around the village of Nišovice. The surrounding area is attractive for trips: Protivín Crocodile Zoo, Krušlovský apiary, the ruins of Helfenburk Castle, the village of Hoštice (where the trilogy Sun, Hay... was filmed), Vimperk State Chateau, Hluboká nad Vltavou Chateau or the city of České Budějovice.
