The cozy Tiny house is located at the very end of the cottage settlement, approximately 1 km from the village of Velichov and not far from the popular spa town of Karlovy Vary. The exact GPS location of the object will be specified after booking. The land of the house is surrounded by trees and the Ohře River, where you can refresh yourself. The beautiful nature of the Ore Mountains is nearby. You can look forward to comfortable glamping accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom, hot water and electricity. The Tiny house offers accommodation for 4 people. Sleeping is provided by a double mattress (180 x 200) located on a raised floor near the ceiling of the living room, as well as a sofa bed (180x100) and a sofa bed (80x200). A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. The house consists of one main living room. There is a living area with a couch, armchair, storage space, and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, sink, refrigerator and basic equipment - coffee, tea, spices, oil and jar). The interior of the house is pleasantly lit thanks to the glass doors and panoramic window, and you can enjoy the views of the beautiful surrounding nature directly from the couch. The Tiny house includes a separate bathroom with an ecological separating compostable toilet, shower and sink. The water is treated rainwater, so it is only for use. There is 500l for use. Drinking water is in a barrel. There is a fireplace stove in the house for heating. Board games and books are available. The Tiny house is surrounded by a spacious, fenced grassy plot (area 4000 m2) with direct access to the river. The house is connected to a spacious roofed terrace with seating and a grill. You can also sit in the garden by the fireplace among the trees. For children, there is a children's corner outside with a drawing table, a small slide and other toys. It is necessary to take into account that a wildlife trail from the forest runs through the property. Parking is available approximately 150m from the property. The house can be reached comfortably along a flat dirt road. In exceptional cases, it is possible to arrange a ride to the accommodation by agreement. In the vicinity of the Tiny House there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, skiing and cross-country skiing. The nearest shop and café are 5 minutes by car from the house. Nearby are tennis courts, a golf course, a skate park, a riding stable, wellness and bowling. The Ore Mountains and the Klínovec cable car are 15 minutes by car. Swimming options include: Jáchymov - Agricola aquacenter, Velký rybník Hroznětín, flooded Podlesí quarry, Děpoltovický rybník, Otovice quarry, Alžbětiny Lázně swimming pool, Perštejn swimming pool, Černé jezírko etc. Nearby ski resorts are available: Plešivec, Jáchymov Novako, Neklid - Boží Dar, KLÍNOVEC, Hranice - Boží Dar, Abertamy and others. For trips in the area, the Popovský kříž viewpoint with a view of the Doupovské mountains, Klínovec Trail parks, Ostrov Piarist monastery with a minizoo, Kyselka Lázně - Bučina lookout tower, Jáchymov Lázně - Mining Museum, Loket Castle, Mariánské Lázně or historical monuments and viewpoints in Karlovy Vary.
