Nedomek is a non-traditional quiet accommodation in South Moravia. This modular house is located in the village of Neslovice near the town of Ivančice. It is an ideal paradise for your summer vacation due to its comfortable equipment, quiet environment and spacious garden with pleasant outdoor seating and swimming pool. Nedomek offers accommodation for 4 people from May to September, there is a double bedroom with a double bed and two extra beds with a sofa bed. The interior of the house consists of a main room with a living room and a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom are also available. The spacious living room includes a fireplace, sofa set, dining table with 4 chairs, sound system with SONOS for the best possible listening to music, TV with internet television and air conditioning. And through the large-format window to the garden, you'll always feel like you're just a step away from nature. There is also a fully equipped kitchen (combined oven with microwave, induction hob, kettle, drip coffee maker and fridge). The bedroom has a very comfortable bed 160x200 cm with memory foam, Pioneer sound system and TV. There are also spacious built-in wardrobes. The sanitary facilities include a bathroom with shower, toilet and underfloor heating. A washing machine is available. Towels are a matter of course. Heating in other rooms is handled by infrared panels. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. The land around the house is 550 m2 and provides plenty of space full of greenery. It includes several garden seating areas where you can enjoy your time or escape from the hot sun. You can also sit on the terrace located in front of the living room, which can be shaded using a retractable awning. There is a grill and a fire pit. In the summer months, you can refresh yourself in the pool with a diameter of 5 m and a height of 1.2 m. By the pool you can relax on the deckchairs, which are partially located under a shade tarp. You can park directly at the building, two parking spaces are available. Upon agreement, you can arrive by caravan or motorhome. In the vicinity of the building, the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming and mushroom picking. There is mini golf nearby.
