Since this is the last cottage in the cottage area, there is maximum privacy. The view from the windows and terrace offers you a meadow, forests and the Slepičník pond. After opening the front door, you will enter a sunny room with a wooden dining table. In this room you will also find a library, equipped with interesting titles to read. From the dining room we continue to the living room with a fireplace. The living room is also air conditioned. Right when you enter the living room, you will see a coffee table and a comfortable couch. And for children and adults there is a television, with an active account on Netflix, Voyo or Youtube. The kitchen is equipped with basic dishes, a microwave, an oven with a stove and basic spices (salt, pepper, cumin). There is a kettle and a coffee maker with capsules. On the ground floor of the cottage there is also a toilet with a shower. Possibility to add a potty for children. And a step to the sink. A wooden staircase leads from the living room to the first floor. There are two separate bedrooms and between them a space for children - a children's corner. When you go up the stairs, you will find a built-in wardrobe. In the first bedroom there is a double bed 180 x 200 cm and a lower bed more suitable for children 120 x 200 cm. In the second bedroom there is also a double bed 180 x 200 cm and two separate beds 90 x 180 cm. The beds are equipped with foam mattresses and completely prepared for your rest. The rooms have lockers for clothes and personal belongings. When you arrive at "Čmelák" you will park on the fenced garden plot, where at first glance you will see a trampoline for children, a swimming pool, a woodshed with wood and a lockable workshop where you can lock your bikes and other things. The workshop is connected to a pergola with seating and a grill, which will provide you with maximum privacy and peace. In the garden there is a sandbox for children and a small pond with fish and frogs. The garden is planted with butterfly bushes, lavender and herbs. There is an edible part of the garden. The location allows for a variety of entertainment options. From cycling to walking with children, exploring, sightseeing or swimming. In the immediate vicinity there is a forest that you can walk along the paths, or ride the marked bike paths. We look forward to seeing you with us.
