Rieger's shed is located next to the forest in Horní Rokytnice, part of the town of Rokytnice nad Jizerou in the beautiful Krkonoše countryside. You can look forward to a renovated cottage from the 19th century that meets today's standards and relax in a hot tub with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape or sit with a bar and a tap. The cottage is an ideal starting point for downhill skiing, ski mountaineering, hiking and cycling. In the immediate vicinity is the ski area, the rope center and the Rokytnice nad Jizerou bike park. Rieger's shed provides accommodation for 18 people in five separately rented and fully equipped apartments. Upon agreement, the object can be rented as a whole. DESCRIPTION: Duplex apartment I. - four-bed apartment has a double bed in the living area and two beds (futon) in the attic area with a sitting area, which is accessed by the miller's stairs. The largest Apartment 2 kk - four beds consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. There is 1 double bed in the double apartment. The triple apartment is located on the ground floor and includes a double bed and an extra bed with a fold-out chair, which will serve as a full-sized bed. The bathroom is located across the hall. Three-level Duplex Apartment II. – the five-bed room has 4 mattresses located on the top floor. In the middle floor there is a kitchenette, a sitting area and one extra bed. The lower floor includes a bathroom with a toilet. Due to its specifics, the apartment is not suitable for less mobile people. A cot is available for rent. All apartments are equipped with: TV, dishwasher, kettle, hob, fridge and microwave oven. The social facilities include one bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet in each apartment. All accommodation can spend free time in a common room with a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine, etc.), bar, beer tap, sitting by the stove, TV and board games. WIFI internet connection is available throughout the building. Heating is provided by central electric heating. Outside the cottage, all accommodation can sit on the terrace with a seating area. There is a grill and a fire pit. You can relax in the outdoor hot tub. There is a storage room for bikes and skis. You can park in a private parking lot 100 m below the cottage. In winter, private paid parking is available 500 m from the cottage. The possibility of taking people or luggage to the cottage for free. In the surroundings of the cottage, hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, cross-country skiing and skiing are possible. There is a riding stable and tennis courts nearby.
