The total capacity of the building is up to 26 people (apartments 10 + 6 + 10 people). The common areas include an outdoor seating area with a gas grill and fireplace, a children's fenced garden with a playground, where you will find an outdoor children's corner, sandpit, table tennis, climbing frames, a climbing wall. There are lots of things for children - scooters, balance bikes, doll strollers, a play blanket for babies, balls, garden toys. There is another children's corner to play by the seating area. There is also a seating area with a stove and a large bench. You can use the hot tub completely free of charge throughout your stay. Of course, there is WiFi connection, which you can use completely free of charge throughout the family house and garden. DESCRIPTION: Apartment "Malý Princ" on the ground floor, capacity 4+6. Apartment "In the Bear's Den" on the first floor, capacity 4+6. Apartment "Heaven" in the attic, capacity 2+4. The capacity of both apartments is 10 people. Each apartment has two bedrooms with the possibility of extra beds or cots, as well as a children's room where there is a bed with an extra bed, it can be used as a separate bedroom and at the same time as a children's corner with lots of toys, games, SMART TV and game consoles, etc. Extra beds or a cot can also be added here. The apartments have two bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, hob, microwave, immersion blender, toaster, kettle, Frenchpress. Basic food items are also included in the equipment - oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices, etc. Everything you are used to from home. We have various equipment available for children, such as a high chair, potty, toilet seat, step for the sink, non-slip shower mats, a bathtub, a nursing pillow, a baby lounger, a cradle, a bottle warmer, children's dishes and cutlery, etc. Each apartment has a spacious terrace of 24 m2. There is an electric grill on each terrace of the apartment. Apartment "Nebe", designed for 6 people. The apartment is an open attic apartment, where there is a bedroom with the possibility of extra beds or cots. The sleeping area is connected to the living room and the space can be separated by blackout curtains. There is also a children's corner, where there are various toys for children of all ages. The apartment has a separate bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, immersion blender, toaster, kettle, French press). The equipment also includes basic food - oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices, etc. If necessary, we will prepare various equipment for children: a high chair, potty, toilet seat, step for the sink, non-slip shower mats, a bathtub, a nursing pillow, a baby lounger, a cradle, a bottle warmer, children's dishes and cutlery, etc. The apartment has a spacious separate terrace with an electric grill. Available: Wi-Fi, a large garden with a gazebo, a fireplace, an outdoor grill, a sandpit, a ping-pong table and badminton. In each apartment SMART TV - NETFLIX, HBOGO, YOUTUBE. Children's corners - SMART TV - NETFLIX, HBOGO, YOUTUBE, XBOX, NINTEDO WII. Surroundings - There is a shop and a restaurant near the house and we always advise clients on various tailor-made trips to the area on site. We also recommend taking children's documents.
