The Wallachian wooden cottage U Hadrabů from 1931 is located in the village of Seninka, in the picturesque valley of the Vizovice Hills near the town of Vsetín. You can look forward to the beautiful surrounding nature of the Beskydy Mountains, stylish country-style accommodation, sitting on the terrace or relaxing in the hot tub. This cozy cottage offers accommodation for 12 people in three four-bed bedrooms. The bedroom on the ground floor has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The bedroom has a balcony door with a view of the fireplace and the possibility of going straight out to the terrace. There are two more bedrooms in the attic. One A-shaped bedroom lined with spruce planks with 4 single beds. The second with a dormer window and a beautiful view of the meadow above the cottage and with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The cottage is entered through a hallway with space for changing shoes, with hangers for both adults and children and storage space under the stairs to the attic and a wine cellar. You can spend time together in the living room with a fireplace, SMART TV, DVD, Xbox, internet radio, sofa and corner with wooden seating. For cooking, there is a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with top freezer, De`Longhi automatic coffee machine, hand whisk and hand blender) with a wood-burning stove, in which you can bake pastries until crispy or even bake pizza. There is a small rest room with a sofa, table and toys for children in the undergrowth. For children, there is also a high chair 2x, a travel cot 2x incl. mattress and bedding, baby bath, changing mat, step stools and children's toilet seat. The sanitary facilities include two bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, with an electrically heated ladder and a washing machine. In the attic there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Heating is provided by gas heating with radiators with thermostatic heads to maintain the ideal temperature in each room. On sunny spring and summer days, the water is heated using solar heating, on other days the water is heated using gas heating. There is WIFI internet access throughout the property. On the outdoor terrace you can relax in the year-round hot tub and use the wooden seating with rattan chairs or adjustable and rocking loungers. The pleasant atmosphere is complemented by a stone fireplace with the possibility of grilling or roasting bacon. In the summer season, a swimming pool is available. The 18m long covered embankment provides pleasant shade on summer days and outdoor lighting ensures romantic evening seating. The partially fenced garden has a swing with a view of the surrounding hills and a sandbox for the little ones. There is also a badminton set and other equipment for sports activities. The lockable cellar serves as a storage room for bicycles, skis and other necessary things. Parking is available directly at the property. In the vicinity of the cottage there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing. Near the cottage there is a playground with an asphalt and artificial surface, where you can play tennis, football, volleyball, roller skate or children can have fun on a small playground with climbing frames and a swing. Swimming options include: natural swimming pool Balaton in Nový Hrozenkov, Všemina reservoir, Vsetín swimming pool - Městské lázně, Aqua park Valašské meziříčí, Water World Velké Karlovice, Vsetín swimming pool, Zděchov swimming pool, etc. There is a ski lift operating in good snow conditions right in the village, and nearby ski resorts Pozděchov, Hovězí - Na skalce, Zděchov and others are also available. The Hornolidečská magistrála for cyclists, the nearby Vartovna Lookout Tower, the Královce Lookout Tower, Vsetín Castle, Vizovice Castle, the Wallachian Museum in Nature (open-air museum) - Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, Pustevny - memorable buildings, Radegast, a scooter race or the Tatra Museum in Kopřivnice are all great places to visit.
