A timber cottage featuring wellness facilities (hot tub and infrared sauna) and a swimming pool, situated beneath Herlíkovický Žalý Hill in the Giant Mountains (Krkonoše). It enjoys a secluded location near the forest, close to the resorts of Benecko, Hořejší Vrchlabí, and Špindlerův Mlýn, offering comfort, space, privacy, and mountain tranquility with breathtaking landscape views. The property accommodates up to 30 guests across 10 bedrooms (ranging from two to four beds each). It is an ideal choice for families with children, groups of friends, and corporate events, featuring a spacious outdoor pool, hot tub, infrared sauna, a cozy and comfortably furnished interior, a pergola, a large playground and sports field, and a private ski slope. DESCRIPTION: Accommodation includes three 4-bed bedrooms (two with a bunk bed and two single beds; one with two bunk beds), four 3-bed bedrooms (three with a single bed and a bunk bed; one with three single beds), and three 2-bed bedrooms (one with two single beds; two with a bunk bed). All bedrooms are located on the upper floor. A baby cot and high chair are available for use, and bed linen is provided. Guests can relax in the common room, which features internet TV, a small kitchenette, and comfortable seating. Entertainment options also include table tennis, darts, and board games. The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen (two large commercial-grade stoves with ovens, two microwaves, a high-quality lever espresso machine, a drip coffee maker, a sandwich press, a toaster, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and an extensive supply of cookware and dishes). A spacious dining room with multiple dining tables and a refrigerator is also available. Wellness enthusiasts can make use of the infrared sauna. Wi-Fi connectivity (approx. 60 Mbps) is provided throughout the property. Bathroom facilities include two shower rooms and three separate toilets on the ground floor, plus one separate toilet upstairs. Heating is provided by two electric boilers; the temperature in individual rooms and other areas can be adjusted locally using thermostatic radiator valves. The system uses standard hot-water radiators. The cottage sits on a beautiful, large plot of land (45,000 m²) set in a meadow, offering stunning views of the valley. In good weather, guests can use a large covered shelter featuring a seating area, fireplace, and smokehouse—all with a lovely view of the valley. A pergola equipped with garden tables and benches provides a space for group dinners, barbecues, and socializing in any weather. A large gas grill and a fire pit are also available. The garden is dominated by a large circular pool (approx. 8.5 m in diameter, holding about 90 m³ of water), heated by a heat pump to roughly 28–30°C between mid-June and the beginning of September. Guests can relax year-round in an outdoor hot tub (38–40°C) designed for six adults. Children have access to a playground featuring a swing, slides, a sandbox, climbing frames, a merry-go-round, and a wooden playhouse with a small terrace where they can even spend the night. A trampoline and other games are also available. The property includes a large multi-purpose sports court with a mixed asphalt and concrete surface, suitable for football, volleyball, foot-tennis, dodgeball, and other team or individual sports. In winter, a small private ski slope (350 m long) located right next to the cottage is ideal for child beginners and suitable for skiing, sledding, and tubing. Storage space is provided for bicycles, skis, sleds, and tubes. Parking is free right next to the cottage in summer; during the winter season, guests park in a paid lot by the main road towards Špindlerův Mlýn (approx. 200 m from Bártlova lávka). In winter, we transport luggage and skis to the cottage using a snowmobile with a sled. Snow chains are recommended for winter travel. The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing. Tennis courts, minigolf, and bowling facilities are located nearby. Swimming options include the Labská Reservoir, Aquapark Špindlerův Mlýn, Valteřice Outdoor Pool, Aquacentrum Vrchlabí, Vejsplachy Pond, Poniklá-Homole v Dolích Outdoor Pool, Čistá Outdoor Pool, and others. Nearby ski resorts include Benecko, Strážné, Herlíkovice-Bubákov, Majasport Labská, Janova Hora, and more. For cross-country skiers and hikers, the famous "Rovinka" trail junction is located just 1,200 meters away. Local attractions and excursion destinations include the Monkey Park ropes course, the Špindlerův Mlýn bobsleigh track, Bártlova lávka (footbridge), the Elbe Waterfall, Medvědín, the Úpa Peat Bog, the Žalý Lookout Tower, Sněžka (the highest mountain), the source of the Elbe River, the Janské Lázně Treetop Walk, and the Krkonoše Museum in Vrchlabí.
