The log cabin with wellness is located in the town of Černý Důl in the beautiful natural landscape of the Krkonoše Mountains. Nearby you can visit the Vrchlabí Chateau or the Treetop Trail in Janské Lázně. In winter, the advantage is the close proximity (approx. 300 m) to the Černý Důl Ski Resort, which can be reached on foot and from the ski slope back to the cottage on skis. The comfortably furnished cottage offers accommodation for 20 people in 5 bedrooms. On the first floor there are 3 four-bed bedrooms and 1 three-bed bedroom. In the attic there is 1 four-bed bedroom with an extra bed divided into two parts (2 double beds and 1 extra bed). A cot is available for rent. Pleasant moments can be spent in the common room - a tiled stove with a fireplace insert, smart TV, a sofa for 5 people and a dining table for 10 to 12 people. The room is connected to a games room with billiards, table football, TV PlayStation 4, darts and armchairs for sitting. The cottage has a modern fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils for 20 people (large induction hob, 2x oven, 1x fridge with freezer, 1x large fridge without freezer, microwave, dishwasher including tablets and coffee maker for coffee beans) with a dining table for 6 people. On the ground floor you can also relax in the wellness room with a sauna for 6 - 8 people, a jacuzzi for 4 - 6 people and a relaxation room. Children's games, small toys and books are available for children. WIFI internet connection is provided throughout the building. The sanitary facilities include a total of 4 bathrooms and 7 toilets. On the ground floor there are 2 bathrooms with a shower, sink and toilet and one separate toilet with a sink. On the first floor there is 1 bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink and 2 separate toilets and 1 sink in the hallway. On the 2nd floor (by the attic room) there is 1 bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The boilers in the bathrooms are set so that hot water is provided throughout the stay. Two rolls of toilet paper are available in each toilet. Heating is provided by a fireplace insert with an exchanger and pipes leading to radiators. If necessary, heaters can be used. Wood is available. Outside there is a small fenced garden with a swimming pool, garden shower, fireplace with seating and a children's playground with a swing, slide and house. You can sit on the roofed terrace with a fireplace and grill. A croquet game is available for rent. In the annex to the house there is a possibility of storing bicycles (including the possibility of charging electric bicycles) and skis, and there is also a ski dryer. The cottage also has an entrance directly to the garden, so you don't have to go through the front entrance to the street. You can park directly at the property. There are up to 5 parking spaces available. It is also possible to use the adjacent parking lots with chargers for electric cars. In the vicinity of the property there is the possibility of hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, in-line skating, ice skating, skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing. There are tennis courts, bowling and a riding stable nearby. Swimming options include: Čistá Swimming Pool, Aquacentrum Jánské Lázně, Aquacentrum Vrchlabí, Vejsplachy Pond, Retro Park Sejfy Swimming Pool, Hostinné Swimming Pool, Labská Dam, Aquapark Špindlerův Mlýn, etc. Nearby ski resorts are available: Černá hora - Černý Důl, Černá hora - Jánské Lázně, Horní Lánov, Pec pod Sněžkou and others. In Černý Důl you can visit the Museum of the Underground of the Giant Mountains or take a walk along the walking trail Around the quarry about the historical mining and processing of limestone or go on foot to Sněžka, Tetřeví bouda or to Náchodská or Pražská bouda.
