Villa Šenov is located in the town of Kamenický Šenov in the Liberec region on the border of two landscape units - the Český středohoří and the Lužické hory, only 10 km from the border of the České Švýcarsko National Park. The villa is in a quiet part of town, yet within easy walking distance (shop, bakery, pastry shop, butcher, pharmacy). The villa for rent provides accommodation for 1 to 12 people in 5 bedrooms. Three double rooms with a double bed. Of which one room is on the ground floor. A large room with a hanging double bed and two single beds. In the upper part of the room, you will appreciate the picturesque bookcase. Attic room for "two" who like to spread out with a 4x2 meter bed. A cot is available on request. We do not provide towels - please bring your own. Bedding is available. On the lower floor there is a spacious bath, toilet, washing machine, additional infrared heater above the bath and another separate toilet. The upper walk-through bathroom has a bathtub, shower and toilet. Shower gel, soap, hand towel in every bathroom. A total of three toilets with toilet paper. Heating is provided by a gas boiler and a fireplace stove. A tap cooler is also available. Upon agreement, a tap for a keg of beer, wine or lemonade can be provided for a nominal fee. In the garden near the villa, you can sit at a hexagonal table with a parasol and a gas grill or by the fire pit. In the summer season, you can refresh yourself in the above-ground pool. There is also an inflatable pool for children. You can relax in the hot tub. A soccer ball, children's swing, trampoline, badminton, lazy tennis and pétanque are also available. You can park right next to the building in a spacious paved parking lot for 6 cars right on the property. In the vicinity of the villa, hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, skiing and cross-country skiing are possible. Swimming options include, for example: Horní Prysk swimming pool, Česká Kamenice swimming pool, Kytlice - Lesní pond, Jezírko u Svoru pond, Červený pond u Pihel, Tomiškův pond, Olešský pond, Radvanecký pond, Chřibská swimming pool, Jetřichovice swimming pool, School pond, Benešov nad Ploučnicí - Thermal swimming pool, etc. In winter, nearby ski resorts are available: Polevsko, Prácheň, Kytlice and others. For excursions in the surrounding area, the Panská skála (rock formation from the fairy tale The Proud Princess), the Glass Museum, the Town of Miniatures in Česká Kamenice, the Zlatý vrch (National Natural Monument), Vilemín's Wall Viewpoint, Submarine Viewpoint, Hřensko Gorge, Pravčická brána, Děčín Castle and its Rose garden, Děčín ZOO, Four-leaf clover museum - Doksy, Úštěk devil museum, Pramen Žába or Autodrom Sosnová.
