There is a separate wellness building with a whirlpool for 9 people (114 massage jets, colored backlight), Finnish sauna for 8 people and seating, toilet. On the second floor of the building there are a total of 5 bedrooms (all with their own TV), 1x3 beds and 4x2 beds. Sanitary facilities include 2 bathrooms with shower and 3 separate toilets. Combined heating is underfloor, fireplace. The cottage has a covered outdoor terrace with seating and barbecue, in the garden there is a sandpit, swings and a slide. Parking possible directly at the building, arrival all year round to the building on a paved road. The ridges of the surrounding mountains invite you to go hiking, cycling and mushroom picking in summer, and in winter skiers will appreciate the rich offer of groomed slopes and countless cross-country trails. The nearest possibility of swimming is in the water reservoir Karolinka with very clear water (8 km) or aquapark Water World in Velké Karlovice. The nearest ski lift is Karolinka 8 km, then there are Pluskovec and u Bambuchů lifts up to 10 km, Razula, Soláň (7 slopes of varying difficulty, a small snow park, ski and snowboard school, ski and snowboard rental), cross-country trails are nearby. There is beautiful hiking and biking in the area with the following excursion destinations: Kohútka, Kyčera, Malý Javorník, Velký Javorník and Soláň.
