The cottage for rent is located on the edge of the village of Dolní Podluží by the forest with a panoramic view of the historic Jiřetín pod Jedlovou and its beauties. The cottage provides accommodation for up to 15 people in 4 bedrooms. 1st separate bedroom - 1x double bed, 1x bunk bed. 2nd walk-through bedroom - 1x double bed, 1x bunk bed. 3rd separate bedroom (pass through bedroom 2) - 1x double bed. The 4th bedroom is in the attic, where there are 5 beds. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. Living room - spacious sofa set and a table with seating for 15 people, there is also a games room - foosball, pink pong, darts and a wine cellar. The wellness room has a jacuzzi and outside the cottage there is a Canadian sauna, a sitting area with a grill, a smokehouse, a swimming pool and a trampoline. Heating is provided by an electric boiler and a gas boiler. Social facilities include on the ground floor - bathroom (shower) and 2x toilets, 1st floor - bathroom (shower + bathtub) and toilet, basement - 1x shower. Nearby ski resorts: Horní Podluží, Jedlová or, for example, Mezičky. Swimming options: Jiřetín pod Jedlovou swimming pool, Lesenská dam, Mašiňák pond, School pond or Großschönau - Trixi Park aquapark.
