The comfortable Roubenka Holčí with wellness and swimming pool is located in a remote part of the village of Miřetice - Holčí in the beautiful surroundings of the Železný Hory. Thanks to its location, the log cabin is ideal for many relaxing and sporting activities in all seasons. Nearby you can visit the beautiful Hlinsko Biotope and in the winter there are two ski slopes suitable for children nearby. There are also a number of cycling routes in the area. You can look forward to relaxing in the wellness room with a hot tub and infrared sauna, and children to lots of outdoor and indoor play elements. Roubenka Holčí offers accommodation for 25 people in 5 separate apartments with their own bathroom and toilet. The log house can also be rented as a whole. A cot is available for rent. DESCRIPTION: There are three apartments on the ground floor - U Lišky, U Veverky and U Ježka, on the first floor there are apartments U Sovy and U Puštíka. APARTMENT U SOVY has capacity for 7 people, in total there is one three-bed bedroom (1x double bed and 1x extra bed) and a second four-bed bedroom with access to the attic (2x single beds and 2x single beds in the attic, suitable for children and teenagers). The double APARTMENT AT PUŠTÍKA belongs to the less luxurious rooms, it includes a large double bed made of beech sleepers and a relaxation corner. 1x extra bed can be provided. These two apartments share a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, games corner and TV. APARTMENT U SVERKY has capacity for 5 people, there is one main room with 1x large double bed and 1x bunk bed for 3 people. This apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen, dining table, TV and a small private terrace. THE FOX APARTMENT has a capacity for 5 people (4 adults, 1 child), there are two double bedrooms with 1x double bed and one of the bedrooms has 1x extra bed suitable for a child (3-8 years old). APARTMENT U JEŽKA has capacity for 5 people and also consists of one main room with 1x large double bed and 1x bunk bed for 3 people. Apartments u Liška and u Ježek have a common kitchen in the common room. A common room with a kitchen, a living area with a fireplace, a sofa set, a TV and a children's corner is available on the ground floor for all guests. From this room you can enter the covered terrace. Upstairs you can enjoy a private wellness area with a whirlpool, an infrared sauna and a relaxation area. From the wellness area, you can also enter the outdoor terrace, where two sunbeds are ready for a pleasant cooling down after the sauna. The log house includes three fully equipped kitchens (dishwasher, large induction hob, kettle, fridge with small freezer, microwave oven, toaster, toaster and high chair). The biggest kitchen also has an oven. Social facilities include a private bathroom with shower and toilet in each apartment. Another toilet and shower is located in the wellness area. Heating is provided by underfloor heating. In the living area on the ground floor you can warm up in the fireplace. There is WIFI internet connection throughout the building. You can sit on the covered terrace or by the fireplace. A grill is available. The house also has an open south-west terrace with an inground pool with a safety cover for children. Loungers are available for relaxing. Children can look forward to two play areas inside the house, an outdoor children's playground with a slide, a sandbox, a trampoline, a rope park, a multifunctional playground (bouncy castle, tennis, football) and a small traffic playground with equipment right in the garden. Darts, a small multi-game table football and billiards are also used for moments of fun. You can park directly at the building. In the surroundings of the log cabin, hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, fishing, cross-country skiing and skiing are possible.
