Apartments Sychrova - cottage Žďár nad Sázavou - sauna and whirlpool. The newly built apartment cottage is located on the outskirts of the historic part of Žďár nad Sázavou in the Vysočina region. The building has 2 apartments, each for 4 people. The building can be rented to 1 group of clients as a whole, it is also possible to rent individual apartments separately. The building offers accommodation in two apartments with separate entrances. There is a large garden with a terrace overlooking the pond and the adjacent castle. A sauna and a hot tub are available on request. We have arranged our apartments as such, in which we would like to live ourselves. Modern apartment on the ground floor (wheelchair access) with a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. There is one separate bedroom with a double bed and two beds in the living room, bed linen and towels. Equipped kitchen: refrigerator with freezer, hob, dishwasher, hood, microwave, sink, Nespresso coffee machine, basic set of utensils for cooking and serving. The second apartment is in the attic with a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a magnificent view of the castle and the pond. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. This apartment also has an equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, hob, dishwasher, extractor hood, microwave, sink, Nespresso coffee machine, basic set of utensils for cooking and serving. Both apartments have a TV in the living room and Wi-Fi access. Furthermore, a bike shed / ski room for safe storage of your sports equipment and a spacious private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking is possible directly at the building. Our apartments in the Highlands have a unique location. It is located in the historical part of the town of Žďár nad Sázavou, in the immediate vicinity of Žďár Castle, Zelená hora, Konventský rybník and Černý les. You have a stone's throw away to the UNESCO monument, the new generation museum or the Kinský chateau. If you are planning an active holiday, the cycling trail and winter cross-country ski trails start close to the property.
