The rural cottage Pod javory is located in the picturesque village of Radostín on the edge of the wooded landscape of the Žďárské vrchy, near the Velké Dářko pond. Location in the Vysočina, approximately 10 km from Žďár nad Sázavou, one of the greenest cities in the Czech Republic, which also boasts UNESCO monuments and numerous cultural and social activities. Chalupa Pod javory in Radostín provides accommodation for up to 12 people in 3 bedrooms. The cottage is newly renovated and equipped to a high standard (sauna, whirlpool, billiards, treadmill, children's corner, fireplace stove), it provides comfortable and convenient accommodation for 12 people in four-bed rooms (with the possibility of an extra bed). Entertainment and relaxation are also offered by a large garden with an original closed country yard, thanks to which you can enjoy maximum privacy and peace. There is also outdoor seating, a "fire room", a children's playground with a trampoline, fruit trees and bushes. DESCRIPTION: The cottage includes three large comfortably furnished four-bed rooms. In addition to beds and bedside tables, every room has wardrobes for storing clothes, hangers, a mirror and armchairs with a side table. The spacious kitchen is equipped with modern appliances (oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker) and all the kitchen equipment needed to prepare meals. The kitchen also includes a dining room with a dining table, bench and chairs. Adjoining the kitchen is a cozy living room with comfortable couches, rustic decor and a fireplace. Another common room is located upstairs. It is literally a playhouse for both adults and children. It includes a nine-foot pool table, comfortable seating and a play area for children. You can relax in the spacious Finnish sauna overlooking the courtyard or in the outdoor hot tub. It is located in the original rural closed yard, which provides maximum privacy and peace. The space also offers a cooling/hardening barrel and a treadmill. Social facilities: For your convenience, we offer two bathrooms and two toilets. One bathroom has a bathtub and the other has a shower. Another shower is in the fitness & wellness room. The bathroom also includes a washing machine and dryer. Heating: There is underfloor heating in the entire cottage, there is a fireplace in the living room. Parking is possible directly in front of the cottage, other parking spaces are in the back by the garden. Surroundings: Right next to the cottage, you can connect to cycling and cross-country trails that will take you into the deep forests of the Žďárské vrchy, the entire area is criss-crossed with interesting trails. Not far from the cottage is the popular Radostín Bog National Nature Reserve. Furthermore, the nearby UNESCO monument Pilgrimage Church of St. John of Nepomuck on Zelená hora. In addition, the Pilská Reservoir Recreational Area - swimming, fishing, there are children's and workout playgrounds, there are several refreshment options, a rental of pedal boats, paddleboards, etc. Summer fun is not complete without swimming in natural clean waters, you can find several of them in the nearby area. We would be happy to recommend the Velké Dářko pond, the Řeka pond, the already mentioned Pilská reservoir or the Sykovec pond. We look forward to seeing you here.
